Okay, so after all of this, I guess the resolution here is that everyone believes that noyana and "kouni" need to be banned. So...which mod is going to take care of that for us then?
I mean, this has basically become sort of like the "vote to ban" thing on the shoutboxes. So be it. Let's be rid of our common problems. Just talking about it is not really getting us anywhere. This could go on forever. We have a concensus of opinion. Time for someone with enough authority to act on the majority decision, no?

And Zorro, yes that word isn't allowed, I've edited your post. Sorry, Togo. I wasn't thinking at the time. This kid is PMing Cat and Dakotah with 'annoying' PMs. I don't know what he's telling Cat but he's telling Dakotah to call him and come to his school and is giving him his home number and school name ect. That's why we're saying he should be banned too. OK, let's not jump to 'Let's ban so and so because he/she don't like Balto' but send her a (very nasty) warning. She obviously doesn't take to 'nice' requests to shut up about Balto so I say we nastilly tell her what a wimp she's being and give her a SOLID warning!  Togo's TRIED warning her, Zorro. Apparently, noyana didn't take the hint. And other members have tried to ask her to just drop the nonsense. But she's one of those people who cannot see the forest for the trees. She's still pressing the issue in the Balto 1 folder...on some level or another. This is a clear case of "the good of the many outweighs the good of the one".
Oh, and to the global mods:
Here are TWO active member user names for this "kouni" person. He/she might have started the second one after the first was banned (or warned...I don't know the circumstances even if there ARE any). And we already know that one person is not permitted to have more than one username:

You're welcome, Togo. I have nothing personal with kouni. However, if he/she's breaking the rules, and harrassing members, then he/she is asking for it.

It's obvious this person has only come here to PM and PM only, or I may be just jumping to conclusions. Well, maybe he/she hasn't gotten around to that yet. Or just frequents the shoutbox and the main site. Who knows? The point is he/she is harrassing other members by PM. And that's not cool.
