seems pretty nice !!!

I finally made up a name for the red Aleu twin! I named him Badger (just because it was the first thing I could think of).

So, this is my version of the Balto pups in alphabetical order:

Aleu, Badger, Chena, Dingo, Kodi, and Saba. (in case you didn't know, my favorites are Kodi and Chena)

Changed mine a wee bit...

Put in order of age - from oldest to youngest...

Kodiak/Russel - We all know him. Is called 'Russel' by his musher

Kestrel/Solitaire - My version of the Red-Faced Pup. Was named 'Solitaire' by her owner because of her love of being alone, but prefers to adress herself with the name her parents gave her. She is quiet and independant and spends most of her time alone. She is cool, witty and sarcastic, and rather tomboyish and tough. But she has a good heart, and is very protective of her family and friends. Can get angry and offended quite easily, and won't hesitate to attack and defend when necessary

Brett/Talkami - My version of the Red-Aleu Twin. Was named 'Talkami' by his owner, but usually addresses himself from the name his parents gave him. Was adopted with his young sister Saba, and is very attatched to her, and feels like a source of protection for her. He is very happy-go-lucky and charming, and sees life as a game, and plays it like one. He is very popular, with many male dogs wanting to be his friend, and many female dogs wanting his company. He is a flirt, and a very protective and loyal friend, and isn't afraid of commitment

Dingo/Dallas - Is called 'Dallas' by his owner and goes by either name. Very quiet and shy, but has a soft heart and is very compassionate. He is very careful not to offend other's in any way, but can get irritable, and even aggressive. He is also quite timid, and is always shy around girls he find attractive, so has never been successful with any kind of romance. Can get irritated off easily when people pick out his flaws

Aleu - We all know her

Saba/Ena - Is called 'Ena' from her owner, and also uses this name to address herself. Was given the middle name of my grandmother who died years ago which she loved to be called.
She has a personality very much like her daddy's. She's stubborn, fiercely loyal and kindhearted, and won't take no for an answer, and sometimes tends to act before thinking. But is the runt of the litter; the youngest, and the weakest. She runs out of breath too quickly and is smaller, frailer and weaker than the rest of her family. Sometimes she is even bullied because of this.

So yey.

Ordered from first born to last:

Esk (the "red Aleu twin")
Aleu
Dingo (the blue-eyed "Jenna clone")
Kodi
Huntley (the "red-faced" pup)
Saba (the dark-furred "Jenna clone")

Yeah, I'm too lazy to have all this "was named Fluffy by his parents but Rex by his owners" stuff, so I just say that Rosy named the pups and told the new owners to keep those names. Lawl.
Huntley was named after Huntly, which is a place in New Zealand (hey, I have pride in my country. I named Jenna's mother Kiwi). Also, my real dog's father is named Huntley.
Esk is named after the Eska creek in Sutton, Alaska. I contemplated naming her Eska, but for some reason I felt that I needed a one-syllable name, heh.

I did that too. The "parents call him this but humans call him that" thing just doesn't suit my imagination.

These are how I got my 2 names for the red Aleu twin/red faced puppy:

-Chena is named after a ginormous, lazy river called the Chena River, located in Alaska.

-Badger is, well, an animal. The second puppy to be named after a wild animal.

For the red Aleu twin and red faced puppy, I switched their genders ("Badger" the red Aleu twin was previously male, and "Chena" was previously female). I also gave the name "Chena" to the red Aleu twin and changed the red faced dog's name to Volpe (fox in Italian).

So here is my updated version of Balto's puppies:
-Aleu (wolf-like)
-Chena (red stripe on face)
-Dingo (Jenna markings and brown eyes)
-Kodi (Jenna markings and brown eyes)
-Saba (Jenna markings and blue eyes)
-Volpe (red faced)

BTW, that banner in my signature is supposed to be Chena.
