Just so you know, I am holding back a laugh. Many natural things kill us...viruses...disease...and some animals if we intrude. (Bears, sharks, etc.)

That makes no sense. At the risk of sounding like some liberal tree-hugger, the only species on this planet which overpopulates, overruns other territories, and kills for the sheer pleasure and sport of it is the human.

Nnnnoooo...it wouldn't perfectly okay to kill that particular stingray in an act of vengeance. That is a completely unreasonable attitude.

People don't think clearly!!!! Steve Irwin would not have wanted this. Those people are doing the exact opposite of what he wanted for this world. He did not want to die like that, I agree completely. But when you hurt or kill something that that legend loved it's like you killed the legend himself.
May Steve Irwin R.est I.n P.eace

No...definitely not. Of course, both animals are territorial, and have been known to attack humans which wander into their territorial space. AND bear sows (the females) will attack humans which get too close to their cubs (whether accidentally or out of some stupid desire to see "the cute bear cubs").
Neither animal is programmed with the instinct to see humans as a food source.

That is no more justified than killing them like they are now! That stingray must have felt threatined and it was a freak accident! That stingray doesn't have a reason to die just because a bunch of pepole say it should. And besides, it was Steve's time to go, otherwise he wouldn't have been killed. That much I believe in.
