Well, maybe if you'd tried training her or taking her to an animal behaviourist then something could have been sorted out. I'm not saying I don't believe. A friend at my last school had a Lurcher that killed her pet rabbit... A Lurcher. Not a Pit Bull. Any dog could attack another pet.

Also, ever since that has happened I have been scared of Pitbulls.
You shouldn't label them all as aggressive just because you had one bad experience!

They are not aggresive. Give me the addresses/websites of these alleged shelters. I'd like to write to them. The only Pit Bull that is forever aggressive in the Pit Bull that has been mistreated. An ex-fighting dog. If it has never been fought in its life, then chances are it won't be aggressive.
