WQ has the introduction of Balto's children, the discovery of both Balto and Aleu's wolf-like side (even though all of the pups had wolf in them), and . . . . . Balto's mom?! Yeah . . . strange, but good.
WoC had the real good stuff: dog-sledding, airplanes, and love . . . (bleh . .), mainly using change as the main theme, showing a true father-son bond through Kodi and Balto, introducing new interesting characters (like the new trio, Mel and Dipsy, and of course Stella) and bringing back the nostagic memories of the original film.
To me, they're not equally good, but they come close IMO!
