That on the other hand - no matter how much in accord we seem to be - is something I have to deny. I think that we can learn a lot from animals (specially from those of higher intelligence), as they practice always some kind of "natural fairness" and still have the ability to do rational decisions (which humans definately lost with religions, believes and esoterics). Specially through my work with the tigers I see what I'd seriously love to experience myself in an animal community. Ok, I know - that's something I'm already doing as good as it gets by my work and studies, but I still don't have their fantastic physical and sensoric skills. From that point of view - I'd really love to live a pantherine life - at least as long as I don't get in contact with humans (I know, that sounds a bit odd, if it's a 24 year old mentioning it).

hahahaha! Wolves know what they do, the aren't wild animals well they are but not in way they attack humans for attacking them, how says that isn't that smart. Yes they can be dangerous to us, well we act the same, as them, but they are smarter you don't see them fighting wars with each other well some times packs will fight but is really rare, they have shown every emotion before, they understand the bold gentic is simple we are going to where they live and they don't understand, just like how we shot and kill things we don't understand. They are reacting like human, they'll show some voilent things with us, because they will, I'm sure we might shot an alien, if it came out of no where and seemed like a threat, that's human. We do that, some wolves get along with us walk down a street not really caring, they just aren't used to us.

To control wolf populations----) OK, well this is what they do with horses. They catch some males and get them fixed. NOT all the males obviously, but, only a few. Dunno if this would work with wolves...I guess it would.

Erm, Wolves are wild animals. If a human was trying to attack them, then I am pretty sure they wouldn't just stand still and let the human "attack" them. Neither would someone be stupid enough to kick, punch, or anything to a wolf. They would most likely use their guns to kill the wolf, but really, let's not get off topic here. =/

Wolves eat pople? The guy who wrote that should put away his Little Red Riding Hood-Book and open his eyes. Not animals are dangerous. People are the worlds ending.

Err, I believe no one said that. And if your talking about me, I said a wolf attacked a person. Not ate, or what so ever. And, animals aren't dangerous? LOL. Sorry, but many animals are. I know many animals that are dangerous, and killed others. I seen a bear attacking a human for no reason, and I seen the video on the news channel.
But really, why is everyone thinking that Little Red Riding Hood-Book is the reason that people dislike wolves? Look, we are smarter than that and is not going to listen to a children's book, just because the talking wolf tried to eat Rid Riding Hood.
Sorry if this sounded mean, and we too are "evil". But not all of us, and that goes to animals. There is some "bad" humans, some good humans, and some "bad" animals, and some good animals. =/ If you know what I mean ..

You did a good job with this.... Usually when people say stuff like this, I get mad.... (I can't help it, I'm trying to stop ) but you supported your awnser with good facts and everything. And wolves that arn't afraid of humans might attack, I've heard stories. But really, are we being fair when there is just a few wolf attacks. I say wolves should get some brutle payback on humans But I have to disagree about them killing all Elk. They might kill a healthy adult Elk, but most likely not because its WAY too dangerouse. But if there are too many wolves in an area, then there might be a problem. But if the land is balanced between predator and prey (as in WAY more prey then preditors) then there shouldn't be a problem. Well, thats all I have to say for now.

and Balto Wolfdog, NO animal attacks without a reason. The people where probably in the bears territory or to near her cubs or he/she sees the humans as a threat.

Don't be too sure of yourself. A German Shepherd attacked me for no reason at all before, and same with a chow chow. =/
But, the bear was "tammed" and was on a leash and very big. It was a small place, and it was sitting down, and a lady was sitting down on a chair next to it - And it all the sudden attacked her. I don't know if that was fake or not.

I saw that. It definitely wasn't fake; the bear had his back turned to the woman, and the moment he turned around, he saw her and just went on a mad spree and attacke dher. The bear was just shocked to see her; he did have a reason to attack.
But other than taht, I agree with everything you said about animals. Not all animals seem cute and cuddly; I don't know where people get that from (well, obviously from books and all, but still.).
