That would be great, a crossover with Star Wars! I'm just imagining all these dogs with lightsabers...

That sounds a little strange to me.

The Balto/StarWars crossover thing has already been done, but not around Episode III. It was basically the Balto story in a Star Wars universe.
I can see it now...

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, a kind hearted wolf-dog named Balto searches for acceptance, and, despite a few close encounters with a hot-shot pilot named Steele, begins to fall in love with a beautiful red husky named Jenna. But when Jenna's adopted mother Rosie becomes dangerously ill, Balto must find the lost convoy and deliver the medicine before it's too late...

Of course this is only a brief summary. I would highly recommend it, and I'll tell you all if I figure out where the author posted it.

For a brief summary that's pretty good.

Couldn't you guys just see someone yelling at Steel "You were the chosen one!" (I love that line, and I haven't even seen the movie yet)

Oh yes, of course I could.

Definitely! Steele would be a great Darth Vader... Balto as Luke Skywalker, Jenna as Princess Leia, Muk or Luk as Chewbacca...
