well here in argentina to say "perra" is technically a bad word too and it means female dog or another bad word: puta

if not swearing in Finnish one I doupt that they did it in English one because the movie is same but language is just switched xD

I don't think Dipsy would say the F-word. It's a children's movie, and I doubt the creators would do such a thing. Either you didn't wax out your ears that morning or the voice actress of Dipsy probably tapped the microphone when saying it or something.
