Yeah. I learned through research that usually only the alpha male and female mate, so if Aleu couldn't find a male as her mate, the whole pack is . . . . well, let's not think about that, shall we?

But the wolves did seem to respect her at the end of WQ (they helped her up onto the iceberg and followed her lead as if they trusted her to guide them.) I mean, they really didn't have much of a choice if they wanted to survive . . . Aniu chose her to lead the clan to the caribou so that they could survive.

Depends on who she mated with doesn't it. Aleu's half husky, and if she mates with a husky; the pups will mostly look and act doggish. However, if she mated with a wolf, they will look and act more wolfish. It's all about teh genes XD
