I don't know what to rate it, because

I like the Balto sequels, but they're not classics or masterpieces. They're jsut direct-to-video cartoons aimed at children and diehard Balto fans. They're fun, but they don't have a place in any animation connoisseur's museum. [I hope you get the point ]

I went for 3 Stars for it, nothing to hate (apart from Stella and then sing songs) but nothing to make it stand out, although it is good but not great. TBH I'm not suprised that Sky Movies gave it only 2 stars, they rate everything quite roughly, only see a few 5 and 4 stars, most are 3 or 2

3.85, which rounds out to **** (4) stars, great movie for a sequel, which was surprising coming out of Universal.

I gave 4 stars because it had good characters and artowk/animation, the main story was good but side stories and side characters could use improvement

I gave it two stars. I really didn't like it, but there were a few funny moments and they save it from getting one star.

** is the most that can be given by my standard anyway, I could not watch through the entire film without feeling quite negative and a bit frivolous at times. Stella is an interesting character actually, she'd have been much more well-received if she could be more appropriate with the screen time and let the others have a go in as well.

Wings of Change was (And still is) considered the worst film in the entire series. Correct me if I'm wrong but WOC did not receive any awards nor wide recognition outside of the Balto fan community, unlike the second sequel and the original. The only thing that I can appreciate to this day is the catchy theme song and other than that, nothing else. While I'm grateful to Universal Studios for continuing the series, it is a shame that much thought wasn't poured into making it enjoyable for the Balto fans and it falls short from my expectation before seeing it.

THis movie did come on toon disney before. balto 2 came on it too.

no no movies like that come on anymore, since cheapo disney changed it to disney XD, toon disney had alot of older shows. and the balto movies!!! but they changed it...
