I love both of these characters ^^ actually, I love almost all of the Lion King Characters.
But I think Zira is more evil... I don't know why. ^^ but I love her.

I think it was because... how she treated her own cubs (kovu, and Vitani and the other (cant remeber him name this second)
But mostly what she did to Kovu, you have to have a good amount of evil in you to do that.
And scar, I think he was just over taken with greed.

I agree. Scar was full of greed, but what acts did he do to get to be King.

Scar Manipulated Simba, killed Mufasa... and tried to kill Simba.

And Zira got exiled, wanted to kill Simba & Kiara and take over the throne. And she never did. Whereas Scar minipulated Simba that he killed Mufasa even though he didnt. And Scar killed Mufasa. So therefore, Scar has more evil.

Who's more evil?
Well... I love both these characters. Both are my faves in each film :3 But I think Zira is more evil, to be honest. How all she wanted to do was kill Simba & Kiara and her son Kovu to become King. And even in the end when her pride had turned against her, she still tried to kill Simba! That is pretty evil.
But I'm not saying Scar isn't evil. I just think Zira has more evil in her
And I've just said why :3

I know what scar did SOUNDS worse, but when I think about it...

yeah even when her pride turned on her and she still wanted to kill Simba and Kiara, and make Kovu king isnt really as great as compared to the events that Scar went through. He had a lot of hyenas to help him take over the kingdom. but that was the second thign on his list of things to do. he first minipulated Simba that he was the one that killed Mufasa. Then Scar wanted Simba killed, even though he didnt die. BUt he still assumed that the hyenas finished the task. So then he went on to Pride Rock and took over. Yes, he starved the hyenas, slashed Sarabi and fought Simba. My opinion still stands as Scar having more evil. And when your thinking about it, think about the lengths he went through to get to be king. Zira wanted to just kill Simba and Kiara and make the heir to Scar (A.K.A. Kovu) to be king like Scar once was.

I think Zira because she was just soo controling although Scar was pretty evil
