Flynn didn't expect Tornado to snap on him like that. He immediately sat down and put his ears back like a scared puppy. He knew he shouldn't pick a fight with him. Since of course, Tornado had more fighting experiences than he did. Flynn looked the bigger wolf over. "Okay okay, I was just trying to help." He said and scurried away. Flynn was slightly embarrassed to have the wolf snap on him like that in front of everyone. But wait, 'I don't like you?' That was just rude. Flynn knew he couldn't let Tornado get away with being rude. But he also knew that deep down, he didn't want to have teeth sinking into his back or throat. So he sat under a tree and remained quiet.

Snowlight looked around as it grew dark.She walked on back to her pack.Only to find it wasn't hers.She howled in pain.She yelped in horror.The pack was attacking her."SOMEONE HELP!"she yelled.

Tornado's ears perked up and he grew alert. He heard Snowlight's voice and could feel the sound of distress. He barked twice, an aggressive bark before turning and bolting to the sound of her voice. His back paws dug deep into the ground and propelled him forward. His legs ate the ground hungrily and he pinned his ears flat. If someone hurt her, they better be ready for a fight. Tornado kept barking, hopeful that the sound of his deep bark would scare anyone else away. Knowing that probably wouldn't happen. Tornado soon came upon Snowlight, rushing up to her before looking around.

Hearing Tornado's aggressive barks, Flynn knew something was about to go down. He bolted after him, trying to catch up to the bigger wolf but failing. He wasn't that fast yet and besides, Tornado looked determined to get somewhere. Flynn didn't lag back, he kept a steady pace as he followed Tornado. He wondered where they were going but then he saw Snowlight and he knew. Flynn stopped a few feet away.

Snowlight tried to fight.But she knew she wouldn't win.The wolves threw her up against a tree. She snarled and whimpered in pain.

Tornado snarled and let out a growl in which he had never heard before. Something deeper, darker and angrier than they had ever been. One by one he began attacking the wolves. Throwing a couple around before a few more came over and tried to take him down. Tornado whirled around and grabbed a wolf by the ear. Taking a piece off. That wolf ran off, but two more came back. Tornado fought, using everything he had.

Flynn saw Tornado beginning to fight and so he joined in. Fighting any wolves that tried to gang up on the black wolf. He fought like never before, taking a running jump and landing on one wolf that tried to grab Tornado. He was going to help him out no matter what. Even if Tornado didn't like him. Flynn didn't know why Tornado was mad though, it was just another female. Right?

Snowlight laid up against a tree with broken bones.She was unconscious.The wolf laid there helplessly.

Tornado rushed up to Snowlight after he finished attacking the final wolf. He hurried to pick her up carefully and hurry to get out of the pack's territory. He knew he was hurt bad but he had to ignore the pain just for a second while he carried her back to the pack. When he got there he slipped her down in front of the 'healing' den and waited for someone to come and notice her. His arm was bloody with teeth wounds in it. He was hurt bad in that arm and a bit on his back but other than that he was fine. The chain around his neck was pulled and was now a bit tighter than before. He didn't like that. It was even harder to breath now.

Snowlight whimpered.Someone finally came to help both of them.They looked at them and told them both they needed to stay in the healing den for a few weeks.

Tornado listened to the healers but he knew that wouldn't happen. He had things to do and he couldn't afford to be a bed rest for a couple weeks. He sat back and used his back paws to try and push the chain off his neck. It had gotten a bit too tight and it was now making it a challenge to breath. He snorted and kept trying. Only to fail miserably. Honestly he needed another wolf's help but he refused to ask for it right away. He tried harder and harder to get it off.

Tornado looked down at Snowlight and lay down, he couldn't help it. His back was aching too much to stand up any longer. Tornado rested his head on his paws and looked over at the rest of the world. Seeing the speckled trail of blood he left. He wondered why Flynn wasn't back yet. He took a deep breath and shut his eyes. His whole body seemed to ache at the moment. His thoughts drifted to that of his kids and his previous mate. How happy they made him was unbelievable. Having kids, it really opened up places in his heart he never knew was there. He just wondered, would he ever be able to feel that again?

Snowlight sighed and slowly fell asleep.Blaze ran into the den.He laid next to Snowlight and sighed.

Tornado couldn't lay down for too long though, he needed to go and make sure everything was okay. He struggled but pulled himself off the ground and began to walk around. He had a bad limp on his front left side. An obvious weak point for him, hopefully there would be no other wolf to come by and see it. He tried to balance his weight onto that leg but failed. It hurt to bad and the wounds stung angrily. Tornado sighed a bit and kept walking, on patrol.
