Rosie nodded, "yeah." she sighed, "we do need to, and I could carry you but first we have to rest and gain a bit of strength." she said.

"Thats going to-" He paused to cough. "Take a while for me.."

"I said a bit of strength, not a lot. Just a day or so, now, sleep, rest, gather as much strength as you can." Rosie said, she looked over at the scrawny wolf.

Aussie nodded before he slowly moved as far from the opening of the small den as he could.

It was surprisingly warm and nice in the den, Rosie smiled and closed her eyes, she couldn't sleep, she knew she had to try though, it was nice and warm at least.

Aussie was had a thinner coat then her so he was much colder. He was almost half tempted to move touching close next to her body to stay warm, but backing away as far as he could help a bit. He couldn't sleep and he knew it. He was too cold and weak.

Rosie sighed, she lifted her head and stood, she walked outside and sat, looking around, the snow was falling lightly and she watched it drift down.

Aussie shivered a bit. He didn't know what to do. He just waited it out until the morning time will come. but he knew that would take forever with him not being tired.. or well being tired but can't sleep.

Rosie lay down outside and closed her eyes. She tried to sleep but stayed alert, she was on guard all night. Morning came and she got up to wake the other wolf.

Aussie was still wake from the night before. He was weaker then yesterday because he didn't sleep.

Rosie sighed, "alright then, up we get, lemmi help you there." she said and helped him up. "got to get going." she added

Aussie slowly got up with the help of her. He was shaking badly when she was doing this too. "O-o-on the other side of the mountain should be the a-a-animals." he shuddered.

Rosie nodded in agreement. She looked around the den and walked out, helping him slowly along. She looked around, it was bright and sparkling

Aussie soon got out. He laid down in the snow because he didn't want to put stress on his legs. A wolf like him should never have end up like this.

Rosie sat and looked at the sun, she blinked, it sure was bright outside, she looked at the other dog "what's your name?" she asked, she was curious.
