I walked away and went straight to my mother. I suckled for a while and started to play with Crow again. We were the best of friends.

After one last bolt the cougar was gone. I walked over to Neptune and lowered my head. I nickered a half-hearted greeting something even I myself couldn't understand. Then went to make sure my herd was okay. Why wasn't I telling him to leave my land?

OOC: Neptune was still in his land.

Saturn:
I saw something. I wandered off and didn't return. I wasn't coming back but I just didn't know how to break it to my brother, I decided not to tell him and just go.

IC: Genuine snorted and pawed the ground. Leaning over he darnk from a puddle and began to nibble a shred of grass.

OOC: 2nd warning, post needs to be longer

Nikki:
I got up and just walked around with Raven. We walked around the territory just talking. Esperanza and Crow in clear view of us.

And that's when Neptune crossed the line. Or maybe not.... Genuine snorted a warning to the stallion that he was watching and once Raven's second child was born she would be rightfully his.

OOC: Raven's don't you mean Nikki's second child?

Neptune:
I was on my territory. I snorted back at him and didn't give it a second thought. I wasn't scared of Genuine at all. After all, I've experienced way more than he has.

Raven:
I jumped gracefully over a log. Flipping my mane every so often like I used to do in the shows. Nikki was following my lead... I had no idea why.

OOC: Wait, who did Genuine mate with again?


IC: Genuine reared with an agressive neigh but settled anyway. He walked over to his own space amongst a grove of trees and lay down. Why couldn't this stallion understand!?

OOC: Nikki

Neptune:
I mimked back and snorted deeper and louder. I looked over at Raven who was looking at me. I walked off not wanting to see that stallion ever again.

Esperanza:
I tried my best to catch up to Crow and when I finally did our legs got tangled and we both tumbled to the ground. Rolling and rolling. When we stopped we both giggled and got up.

He couldn't stand me. But I could tolerate him. Why did he hate me? I was taking it quite easy wasn't I? I whinnied for Nikki to come and join me not wanting her to stray to far.

Nikki:
I shook my mane out. I was spending time with my sister and I always loved that. I nickered back a quick 'not right now' and continued to talk. Raven gave me a funny look and my head dropped. Don't ask. Raven grinned at me and nudged my shoulder. All the sudden Raven was pointing to Esperanza and Crow. I smiled. Friends for ever. I whispered softly.

Genuine nodded excepting Nikki's reply. With a casual snort he trotted off towards the watering hole making sure to keep a close eye on the young mare.

Nikki:
I stopped and rolled around in the dirt and grass. When I got up I was yellowish color, I had rolled in pollen. I smiled and shook it all off and grinned at Raven. Who was doing the same thing as I had just done. I smiled and lied under the shady willow tree, still talking to my sister.

I drank gingerly from the wide expanse of the watering hole. It was so cool and refreshing as the sun beat down on my tired,old back. I walked over to Nikki and cantered about not caring what Neptune did to me. I had tried to save his life! How could he not care. I should have just let that cougar rip him to shreds!

Nikki:
I looked at Genuine one time before resuming my talk with Raven. We both liked talking about our old friends at the ranch and how they most changed our lives. Ray, do you remember Fritz? That high strung mare that always tried to show off?

Raven:
Yes! I hated her so bad for the longest time. I looked at my long wavy mane and I thought should be kept about that length.
