"FOLLOW ME!!" Kefir yelled, running into a narrow passage. He pushed Adia in before him and got in, narrowly missing a bite from Banzai's teeth.

When the climbed the backway of the elephant Adia lost her slip on the bones. "KEFIR.'' She screamed slipping again.

Kefir turned around and gasped, seeing Adia sliding down. He ran down the bones and pushed Adia up. Shenzi had caught up with them and was about to give him a nasty bite, when Kefir whipped around and scratched her face.

Adia ran with Kefir behind her and the hyenas on their tail they soon came into a dead end area where the hyenas trapped them.

(Are you still being Safari and I''ll be Uzuri and Zazu?).

(sure)
Kefir was scared stiff. Adia was cowering behind him. He tried to be brave for her. The young cub tried to roar, but all that came out of his mouth was a tiny mew.

"Sir... sir.'' Zazu cried as he finally reached Safari and Uzuri who were resting. "Zazu... what's wrong?'' Asked Uzuri.

"Oh That was it'' "Come on you can do better than that'' Shenzi taunted the little yellow golden cub who was protecting Adia.

Kefir's fur bristled, he was really angry now. He opened his mouth, and a terrible roar came out of it.

"Huh?" the three hyenas asked, stunned.

Suddenly, a huge orange lion came crashing through the bones and clawed the hyenas. SAFARI HAD ARRIVED!! Uzuri had also arrived on the spot with Zazu.

Adia gasped her mother and father arrived just in time to rescue them. Zazu landed beside them and watched as both Uzuri and Safari attacked the three hyenas.

Safari herded all three hyenas in a corner. They were stuttering and pleading with him.

"You ever come near my daughter again...." Safari threatened.

"Toodles." Shenzi stuttered, and she and her brothers dashed off.

Adia gulped and stood behind her mother. "S.... sorry, dad'' She stammered.

Zazu landed beside Safari and nodded happily but Safari just looked down at him with a glare

Uzuri looked down at Adia and Kefir and nuzzled them both in return. "You've could've gotten yourselves killed if it weren't for Zazu you wouldn't be alive.'' Uzuri said.

"We're sorry, Uncle Safari." Kefir said in a small voice, his head hung with shame.

"Now you've learnt your lesson, I hope you'll listen when we tell you to stay away." Safari said sternly.

"We will." they both said.

Safari's eyes softened. He put his head down and nuzzled both of them.

"Let's go home." he said.

"Dad.... you missed it?'' "You should have seen how brave Kefir was..... ''' She said smiling then nudged Kefir playfully.

"It's no big deal." Kefir said.

"I.. thought you were really brave.'' Adia whispered.

"Well, you were pretty brave too." Kefir said.
