Steele looked at him and shook his head

"Then what else would we do? Throw him off a cliff he will die this time. I know a rocky cliff that's imposable to survive." Kaltag said.

Steele finally gave into his freinds

"Good. Now come on I know where to go." Kaltag said.

While Windseeker was out his life came through his eyes.

“They’re beautiful Anista.” Kiolika said. “Yes they are Kiolika. What should we name them?” Anista asked. Kiolika looked outside “We should name of them Wind.” Kiolika said and he looked at one of the pups that was black with a silver stripe. “Why don’t we name this one Windseeker?” he asked. Anista nodded “I love the name. How about Steri for this one.” She said pointing at a full silver pup. “We split the last two.” Kiolika said. Anista nodded and looked at one that was next to Steri. “How about Elica.” She said. “I like that one too, and we name the last one, Koli.” Kiolika said. “Koli works too.” Anista said smiling and nuzzled Kiolika. “I love you.” She said “I love you too.” He said back.

3 weeks later; Windseeker and Elica where playing together. Koli and Steri were about to lunge out and pin Windseeker and Elica. Mean while Kiolika and Anista where having a little bit of an argument.

“What are you talking about?!” Kiolika yelled. “I’m saying that lone wolves are still lone wolves.” Anista said. “So what are you trying to say to me?” Kiolika growled. “I’m not saying anything. I’m just saying we should be apart since we are lone wolves.” Anista calmly said. Kiolika growled a little bit more, “but what about Elica Koli Steri and Windseeker?” “Don’t worry. We can still share them back and forth every day.” Anista is trying to calm him down. She walked over to him and patted her and Kiolika by instincts pinned her growling. “Kiolika,” Anista snapped at him. Kiolika stood there keeping her pinned on the ground.

Windseeker and the others look over to see what was going on.

“Get off of me RIGHT NOW!” Anista exclaimed trying to get free. Kiolika growled and tried to get her neck. Anista quickly reacted by whacking him on the side of the face. Kiolika growled even more and tried to snap at her neck but Anista moved her head in time so he hit the ground instead, Anista pushed him off finally and growled at him “Leave, now!” Anista demanded. Kiolika growled. “I’ll get you back for this Anista.” He said walking off.

1 Month later; Windseeker, Elica, Koli, and Steri where with their mother. She told them things about the forest. When they were done they went to play by a river and their mother laid down in the den. Kiolika was nearby teeth bared. “If we can’t be together, then we will never be together.” He narrowed his eye getting a target on the 4 and lunged at them. Windseeker jumped scared seeing their father who last time they saw storming away from their mother. Kiolika growled at the 4. With them as young as they are they are helpless. He attacked the pups and killed Elica, Koli, and Steri with silence, but what about Windseeker?

He was a few week away from his dead siblings his back bleeding badly. The only thing he was able to do was scream out one word. “MOMMA!” Anista heard Windseeker’s painful like scream and ran out “What Is I-“ she gasped in horror and shook her head .“No… no.” she started to cry and ran over to Windseeker “Thank heavens you’re ok Windseeker.” She said hugging him not caring for his bleeding back right now. “I’ll never leave you alone again Windseeker.” She said. Windseeker was crying as well from his dead siblings.

Half a year later; Windseeker, now 7 months old was living outside of Nome with his mother. Every day he went to town and went to see Balto, Jenna, and Phali. He played with some of the dogs. Even knowing some of them teased him but he didn’t care. One dog actually asked him one day. “Hey Windseeker, how did you get the mark?” Pointing at the mark. “I really don’t know.” Windseeker said.”A sign of luck or something?” he asked. “I don’t know. Maybe your mother knows you should ask her.” The dog said. “OK.” Windseeker said and he dashed off towards the woods again.

His mother was taking with Aniu secretly. Windseeker never knew about these talks. “So did you ever find an owner for Windseeker Aniu?” Anista asked. “No I haven’t yet but I have been looking in on one boy. The name of the boy is Kyle and he loves animals. I bet he would love Windseeker.” Aniu said. “OK. I’ll look into it and see what happens.” Anista said. “I’ll see you later. He’s coming.” Aniu said then disappeared into thin air.

Windseeker dashed up. “Hi mom,” he said. “Hey Windseeker,” Anista said. “I have a question. Where did I get my mark from?” Windseeker asked. Anista looked at Windseeker’s mark. “It’s a sign of Good Luck and Great Life.” She said and she crouched down to him. “Windseeker, have you ever wondered how you survived the attack? It was because of that mark that saved you. You’ve been one lucky wolf Windseeker, and you have had a great life. A complicated but great life.” Anista explained. Windseeker wagged his tail. “So you’re saying the only reason I’m alive is because of this?” Windseeker asked pointing at his mark.” Anista nodded. “Yes, do NOT tell anyone. Keep it between us.” She said. Windseeker nodded and hugged his mother. “I love you mom.” He said. “I love you too Windseeker.” Anista said.

One year later; Windseeker was walking through the alley way to get to his owners house and accidently bumped into a dog when he walked outside of the alley way. He backed up and put his ears back. “I’m sorry.” He said. The dog looked up “It’s ok. I should have been watching where I was going.” She said. “No it’s my fault. You have a good day now.” Windseeker said and he walked off.

Four days later; Windseeker was walking silently. He stilled when he felt as if someone was watching him. He sniffed the air "Kiolika," he yelled. "Took you long enough to Notice me son." Kiolika growled coming out. It was Windseeker's real father. "What are you doing out here so... alone?" He snarled. Windseeker growled at his dad. "You've hurt me for the last time... I'm not letting you do it again! You killed my siblings... and for what? Just because my mother decided to not be your mate anymore. I'm going to kill you!" He snarled and lunged at him. Rowan heard a noise. He had been out. He saw Windseeker and another wolf. He ran to Kamara and led her to the fight. Kamara growled and tackled Windseeker's dad. Rowan held Windseeker back. "What are you doing here?”Don't worry about it Rowan. KAMARA GET OFF OF HIM HE WIL-" He stopped mid-sentence. Kiolika threw Kamara off and into a tree very hard.

Windseeker growled "That it you asked for it Kiolika!" he yelled and tackled Kiolika and tried to bite down on his neck. Kiolika hit Windseeker on the side of the head and he rolled slowly to an edge of a cliff. Kiolika growled and laughed evilly. "Now you die!" he said. Windseeker slowly got up and slipped on the edge hanging on to the edge for his dear life. Kiolika growled one more time then snapped at Windseeker's paws making him let go. Windseeker started falling and him yelling he hit a ledge but rolled over it he hit a few more ledges and smashed into a tree and laid there motionless.

Kamara lay motionless on the ground. Rowan growled and ran pushing Kiolika off the edge, and ran down to where Windseeker was. “Windseeker, you can’t leave Kamara all alone. Kiolika fell down the cliff and hit the ground VERY hard nearly killing him but he was also barely alive. Windseeker wasn't moving. He was breathing but not moving. Rowan shook Windseeker very hard 'Wake up Kamara is dead!!!!" Windseeker was taken out of shock from the cliff he was bleeding where he hits the tree which was his side. He bolted up shaking "WHAT!!!" He yelled. Rowan breathed a sigh of relief. "She’s not waking up." "Get me back to the top of the cliff." Windseeker said then he looked at his dying father. "Just... let me do one thing." he asked then he limped over to his dad.


Kiolika coughed up a little bit of blood and he growled lowly at Windseeker. "Now you shut up right now." Windseeker demanded. "Look I don't care that Anista left you, but it didn't give you the right to kill all my brothers and sisters." he said. Kiolika growled a little more. "HEY!" Windseeker shouted. Kiolika stopped growling immediately when Windseeker shouted. "I wouldn't have tried to kill you... if you would have just given me the chance to turn your life around." Windseeker said slowly. A tear started coming from Kiolika's eye. "I'm sorry Kiolika... but I have to." Windseeker said then he started biting his dad's throat. "Son please N-" Kiolika stopped talking and danged his head. Windseeker bit down on his neck killing him.

The next day; Kamara’s eyes turned hard. They looked like blue ice. 'How could you even think about joining Steele?!" She said tackling him trying to strangle him. Windseeker was trying to breath he was gasping for some air. He had no choice but to flip out from Kamara and pin her "Let me explain!!!" He yelled. She glared at him. “What is there to explain?"

"Look Kamara... I love you, and I wouldn't be more than just a wolf living in Nome if it wasn't for you. I didn't join Steele's team. He's trying to force me. Like I said, I love you and I wouldn't want to be with anyone else other then you." Windseeker explained. Kamara looked at him and saw it in his eyes he was telling the truth. "I love you to Windseeker, but why did you run away?" "I couldn't take it anymore. I couldn't take it with the fact that you still would have been OK if it wasn't for me." Windseeker said glaring at her leg again. He let her up "And I'm sorry for pinning you line that... but I had to.”
Kamara got up and looked at him. "I’m a klutz but you can’t leave me." "I know, and it was the worst mistake I ever made." Windseeker said looking down at the snow. Kamara looked at him. "Then don’t do it again."
Windseeker look up and put his paw on her paw. "I won't Kamara, but before we go back... I have just one question to ask you." he said trying not to be nervous. Kamara looked at him "Yes"? Windseeker looked around to see if anyone was around then looked at Kamara. "Kamara... would you want to... um, be my mate?" Windseeker asked then waited silently, holding his breath as well, waiting for an answer. Kamara's eyes got huge and she looked at him and smiled. 'I would love to be your mate." Windseeker sighed in relief and nuzzled her happily. Kamara nuzzled him back.

6 months later; Windseeker was whacked up on the side of the head by a black and white husky. Right before he blacked out he caught a glimpse of his attacker. It was Steele. The images of Steele started going through his mind finally after being out for 2 hours.

Just like that Windseeker woke up and he was held by a few dogs over a cliff “Wait no!” He yelled just before they let him go. He fell down the cliff whacking his head onto the rock stone and he smashes into a tree hard enough to break two ribs and his leg. He lied there unconscious, bleeding. His body started to freeze by the wind and snow. Winter was here and winter was a bad time to get knocked out and dropped off a cliff. A good thing though, he was in the path of Kodi’s Mail Team and he was the leader. Hoping to survive, by thought, Windseeker was trying to stay on but knocked out.

Kodi's team was running when Kodi stopped dead in his tracks seeing his brother in law on the ground frozen

The musher for Kodi's team was confused "What is it Kodi?" he asked.

Kodi barked at windseeker and stayed by his brother in lkaw

The musher got off the sled and walked over to Kodi. "Kodi its just a- wait a minute. That... That's Windseeker!" he yelled and grabbed. Him and set him on the sled carefully. "Go to white mountain and as quickly as possible. MUSH!" He yelled.

Dusty, Kirby, and Ralph where in shock seeing Windseeker how he was, Badly beaten up and blood nearly all over him. He was still bleeding.

The musher had to stay in White Mountain to make sure windseeker will be OK before they went back to Nome. He only knows Windseeker because of his daughter. She was the one that asked him to keep him.

Kodi stayed near his brother in law. HBe was worried. His sister Kamara had almost lost Windseeker multiple times but now with her "condition" it would hurt her so much more"

The musher petted Kodi on the head. "We'll make sure he's OK Kodi."

Kodi wimpered and nodded

The vet came out. "He has 2 broken ribs, a broken leg, and a punctured lung. I'm a vet and I'm actually surprised he survived this."

Kodi's eyes got huge he whimpered "i wanna see him"

"So he's lucky to be alive?" Te musher asked

"Very lucky. another 5 minutes out there and he would of froze to death." The vet said then started walking back.
