Natrix watched in confusion as the rabbit danced around Ven's legs. When the show was over and the rabbit bowed, Nate looked up at Ven, that back at the rabbit, then Ven. "...You're the Rabbit King?"

Natrix narrowed his eyes at him menacingly, but then a thought burst into his mind like a bullet. Or more like a grenade. It blocked out all other thought but one: Bow to me. He tried to fight it, but the parts of his brain that controlled his actions were overwhelmed by the command, and he found himself on the ground before Ven. When he regained his mind, he looked up at him and snarled. He growled, the rumbling low in his throat. Suddenly, he leapt at Ven, fangs bared. "You son of a-"

Absinthe leapt in between Natrix and Venganza, blocking them from each other. "Stop it, both of you!" she demanded, taking a few steps toward Ven. She knelt down beside him and tilted her bottle so that a single drop of drip into his open mouth. "Don't worry," she said, "When it's digested it can be used for healing. You'll feel better soon, whatever it is."
Natrix still snarled at him from behind Absinthe, staring at him with his piercing red eyes. Don't every try anything like that again, or it will be the last thing you do. He thought that sentence hard at him, hoping his powers would pick it up.

Abby stood back up, then turned to Natrix. "Nate, I think he should stay with us for the night." she said flat-out. "I want to make sure the healing kicks in."
Natrix was apalled by the thought of having this... this intruder come and stay with them, but he understood Abby's position and he was pretty sure Ven heard his thought. He looked to Ven to see his reaction first.

Natrix sighed, as he knew that once Abby made up her mind there was no changing it. "A;lright." he finally agreed. "Only for a little while, though."
Abby smiled widely at her brother's response, and s she turned back to Ven, that grin still stuck on her face. "So that's it, then." she said. "Looks like you're staying for a little, I mean, if that's okay with you."

Abby's blue eyes lit up. "Alright then!" she exclaimed with a wide grin. She loved helping others; it made her feel important. "Nate, would you mind..."
Natrix sighed and grumbled to himself as he attempted to create a portal in the ground before him. A spot in the grass sort of sparkled a little bit, then a large, dark hole appeared. "This leads back to our place." he explained as he stepped towards Ven. "It's just sort of an abandoned building we fixed up on the outskirts of the woods. We'll be safe there." He walked over to the still wolf cautiously, then he leant down and latched his teeth onto the scruff of Ven's neck and began to drag him slowly over to the portal. He tried not to hurt him, but they had to get him over to it somehow.
Abby rushed over and slid herself underneath Ven and tried her best to carry him on her back. He was much larger than her, but it was only a few feet or so.

Abby carried him over, and then she leant down to let Ven slide down into the portal. Then, she jumped in after him.
Natrix followed suit, closing the portal behind him.
