Rafe narrowed his eyes a bit at Rodney, but only slightly so the others wouldn't noticed. When Nicole came over to them, Rafe made a point to smile widely at her while ignoring Rodney's greeting. "My name is Rafe. And you're friend here has told me you are Nicole." As he talked, his smile became more genuine, glad that he was finally meeting the werewolf he had scented earlier.Scarlett crossed her arms tighly over her chest, but followed Nicole anyways. She glanced over at the other vampire, slightly recognizing Rodney from school, though she had never had a class with him. She nodded in his direction in a small greeting."I agree," Haley replied to Nicole's suggestion. "I don't want to be caught in another earth quake again."Ooc:// Sorry for the short post. "All right lets go." Nicole said, turning and walking in the direction of her apartment. The King's Lake Apartment Building was only a block from the school and could usually be seen from the top story windows. It was an average sized fourteen story building. Nicole and Clair lived on the twelfth floor. They shared a rather large room with three bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen and a media room. Mr. Worthey, Nicole's father, lived on the thirteenth floor, in the room directly above theirs. He hardly ever came down to see them, but when he did he always looked very, very tired.
Clair followed Nicole eagerly, peering down the street at their apartment building. She smiled and motioned for Haley, Rafe, and Rodney to follow. She was ignoring Scarlett, because the girl made her feel as though one look could ruin her whole day.
Rodney watched as Nicole started down the street and followed after Clair motioned for him and the others to follow.

Haley didn't need Clair's waving motion before she followed her two best friends. She had been to their apartment many times, though never under such troubling circumstances. "What do you think we should do once we get to the apartment?" Haley asked Clair, wondering what in the world they could do in this situation.
Rafe hesitated a moment before following, not wanting to be stuck in the back of the pack with the two vampires. He trotted up the group until he was next to Nicole, Clair, and Haley, feeling much more comfortable with the other werewolf and her humans friends. Although he walked just far enough away to no participate in their conversation, he could hear them clearly from the short distance between them.
Scarlett sighed, sensing the isolation between her and the others. Of course, with werewolves around, making friends was very difficult. But Scar wasn't here to make freinds. She wasn't even sure why she was still hanging around, but she couldn't leave yet. So, she leisurely followed after the others, keeping a far amount of space between them and herself.
