OOC: Want me to do the digivolution sequence? But first, Devon needs to show a bond with Gabumon to trigger it, like concern and trying to help him.

Ooc:// Ok, that sounds good.

Gabumon struggled to keep his footing as he tried another attack, but his energy was running out. His face sported a few scratches, and his paw was bleeding. He growled as he took another wobbly step forward.

Devon widened his eyes in concern. This creature was saving his life, and he was simply standing on the sidelines, watching. "Gabumon..." he breathed.

Gabumon was struck by another blast from Lynxmon, and he yelped as he flew backwards.

"No!" yelled Devon as he ran towards Gabumon. He knelt down by him, pacing his hand on his head. "Are you alright?" he asked worriedly.

"Yeah..." Gabumon managed, wincing at Devon's hand, then relaxing. "I'll be fine, kid..."

Biyomon and Betamon tried to fight back, but got blasted to the ground hard. "She's pretty powerful, I don't know if we can beat her like this..."

OOC: So should I just go ahead to and do this?

Ooc:// Be my guest :]

Gabumon groaned when he tried to stand up again, but Devon held him down.

"No," Devon commanded. "You're hurt."

"Really, I'm fi-" Gabumon started, but then winced and dropped to the ground again. "We can beat her, but not like this..."

Suddenly, Devon's Digivice lit up bright white, the energy from it seeming to hurt Lynxmon, who backed down, roaring in pain while Gabumon glowed as well.

"That light is making me feel better," said Biyomon as Akari tried to protect her, Biyomon standing up from the energy.

"Me too," said Betamon, jumping down from Eiji's arms.

"What's going on?" asked Eiji, watching this in suprise.

"It appears his Digivice is giving off some kind of powerful energy..." said Akari, watching with intrigue. "IT's healing the Digimon, but it's hurting Lynxmon, I wonder why...and what's happening with Gabumon?"

OOC: Do you characters reactions and the "Gabumon digivolve too..." part, please.

Devon's eyes widened in confusion and surprise when his red digivice lit up brightly, giving off some kind of radiation. He looked back to Gabumon, whose eyes had lit up. "What's going on?" he asked.

Gabumon grinned and shakily stood up, and as he struggled to stand, large rings formed around him and his body gleamed like the sun for a moment. He lifted slightly into the air a foot or so, and the rings around his body began to twirl. A sharp howl could be heard as the rays of light erupted from him, and when the light finally disappeared, everything seemed different. Gabumon had grown considerably, and he was now on the ground once again... as Garurumon. "Garurumon!" he roared triumphantly as he charged once again at Lynxmon.

Ooc:// Sort of improvised on the Digivolution.

OOC: Alright, I'll describe the digivolution.

Inside the light, Gabumon's data shattered out, his digicore, a glowing orb of energy that contained his base data, floating as an blue outline of Garurumon manafested around it, new data surging in and forming Garurumon's skin, starting with the legs, then the tail and body, and finally the head, completing the transformation.

OOC: What do you think?

"What happened?" asked Akari, suprised.

"Gabumon digivolved into Garurumon," said Biyomon, suprised. Garurumon is a champion level digimon, his fur is as hard as steel and his Howling Blaster attack packs a real punch," she explained. "More importantly, Lynxmon and Garurumon are instinctive rivals!"

Ooc:// Very nice :3 Like I keep saying, it's been a while and I don't fully remember alot of things from the show/games. I'll brush up soon, don't worry But yes very good description of the digivolution.

Garurumon smirked back at Devon, who had been sitting there, dumbfounded, this whole time. "Thanks kid." was all he said before turning back to Lynxmon, a spark in his eye. "Let's dance." he growled challegningly.

"I wonder where that new energy came from..." said Akari, awe truck.

Lynxmon roared in furry, pouncing at Garurumon with a snarl, attempting to slash him.

OOC: Thanks, did my best.

Lynxmon howled in pain and was knocked off. She snarled, getting back up. "Howling buster!" she called, sending a surge of flames from her mane at him.

Akari, doing analysis watched Lynxmon be launched back. "Considering felines naturally hate water and Lynxmon has a body composed of flames, I'd suggest throwing her into the water and seeing if that helps."

Lynxmon roared and snarled before trying to slash Garurumon repeatedly.

Lynxmon prepared a Howling Buster to counter.

"Water Tower!" yelled Betamon, splashing water on Lynxmon's mane and stopping the attack in it's tracks to help Garurumon.
