Mika walked along the streets of Nome. "My own team is falling a part. I don't know if we even have a chance. Wait, what am I saying? Of course we have a chance! We've bet them 9 times in a row."
Mark just sat there and yawned. "If were running today I'm gonna be so mad!" He growled. "Why do we even have to run? I mean couldn't we just walk to Nome? What is so wrong about that?"

Mika shrugged and continued to walk. She noticed that most of the males where looking at her. She rolled her eyes and keep walking. "They never learn."
Mark saw Rouge and Scarlett and whistled. "Get a room love birds!" He yelled joking, although he knew he would never hear the end of it. "Rouge is a lucky male though. Scarlett is picky when it comes to males." He thought.

Scarlett ears went back. When she felt a nuzzle and heard Mark make a remark of his. "His not my mate or anything Mark!" She said to him and growled hard and just plotted herself on the ground.

Mika turned and began making her way to the beach. She had left her other collar on Balto's boat. As she walked, she tripped over a rock and landed on back on the beach. "I hate rocks." Mika mumbled.
Mark sighed as he realized he was never going to get a mate. No female ever liked him. In fact, most dogs didn't even like him. He was the 'oddball' type of guy. He never fit in with anyone.

Phali heared someone pounce in the sand his left ear twitched and he looked over at Mika. "Are you ok Mika?" He said getting up and walking toard her. He noticed her collar was gone. "Where's your collar?"

"Its over there, on my grandfather's boat." Mika said getting up. "Care to come with me?" She asked as began to walk towards Balto's boat. "My dad's parents fell in love there, my dad and my mom fell in love there, now if only I could fall in love there." She thought.

"Alright." Mika said continuing to walk. Once she made it to the boat, she picked up her collar. She sat down on the boat and looked out to the sea. "Now I see why my parents and grandparents fell in love here. Its beautiful!" She thought. "Maybe mom can help me with guys. I mean she had so many after her yet she choose my father over them. She must know something." She added as she stood up and made her way to her parents.

Mika raced towards her parents. Of course, racing wasn't easily with everyone wanting to talk to you. Once at her moms, she barked and sat on the ground waiting.
Dusty yawned as she woke up and stood up. "Who good it be? Its not Kodi, since he's next to me." She thought as she made her way downstairs.

Dusty stomach rumbled and she stopped at the food bowl. "I guess I better eat first." She thought as she took a bite from the food.
