Joey flattened, his ears as he watched the other dogs from where he was just outside one of the meny alleyways in Nome. He spotted Juneau, and walked over to her, but she ran passed him. He sighed and then ran off to see if he could find any of his other team mates.

Juruken sighed as he watched Jeanie play with the other dogs on her team, he glanced over and saw Jasper and Lesher heading his way, "Hello guys." He smiled as he turned toward them. "Race starts in a few days so you better get a bit of last minute training in." He said and turned his ears toward the females playing on the beach.

OOC: Lesher and Jasper are on there way to Nome there in Nenana right now taking a brake


Lesher & Jasper: Stop in Nenana and rest for the day tomarrow they get there way to nome and the last day they rest then they start. the next few days would be long and hard but they will make it through.

Lesher: "Hmm. This town seems so familar dosen't it Jasper?"

Jasper: "In a sorta way yea."

Juneau: stops when they ran around the town 2 times. "Maybe i should of stoped when Joey was coming out to say 'Hi'. Don't you think Jaenie? He kinda seems down."

Jaenie looked at Juneau. "Yeah. You should've." She said. "Hey, Juruken!! Hey, Lesher!!! Hey, Steven!!!!" She called to the guys. Suddenly, she saw Michigan and Jamie walking towards them. "Hey, guys! Ready for the big race in 2 months?" She yipped. "Yeah. God, Lesher is sooo CUTE!!!!" Jamie squealed. Jaenie and Michigan rolled their eyes. "Yeah. Right. Juruken is cuter. I'm sorry to have to say that, but it's true." Jaenie said. This time, Jamie rolled her eyes. "Hey, Lesher!!!!!!!" She called when he ran past her. She flashed him a grin. Jaenie and Michigan rolled their eyes in unison.

OOC: OK. Sorry I haven't been on here in a while. I've been kinda busy with school work and stuff.

"That would be great. How does that sound to you girls?" Jaenie asked, turning towards the girls. They all nodded. "Good. So it's settled. Hey. Have you guys seen Juruken anywhere?" She asked, looking around. "I think he's training with the other guys. I'mma go train with 'em. See ya later, girls." Michigan said, running off towards the guys.

Muser FW: "Alright boys we are going to get to nome tonight that way we have a while for resting."

Juruken yawned as he watched the rode that lead into Nome, he'd ran ahead of his team so he could make sure thay'd make it there safely. He glanced over his shoulder and saw Steven and Michigan. "Hello, and how are you to?" He asked as he turned back to the rode. He wasn't sure how long it would take them to get there, so he'd have to wait alittle longer before he could start training.

Later that night

Musher FW: Hooks up everyone to the sled and they start heading off. 650 miles left until they get there.

Juneau: Goes to look for Joey.

"Hey, Jaenie!! Look!!! There's Juruken!!!!" Jamie said, gesturing with her head. Jaenie looked over and smiled flirtatiously at Juruken. "Hey, Juruken!!!!!!" She called, walking over to him.
Michigan smiled at Steven flirtatiously, then turned back to Juruken. "So. Training for the race I see? Mind if we girls steal your spotlight?" She asked jokingly.

OOC: I think everyones confused they are on there way here. not getting here till morning.

Early Next morning

Sled Team FW: There just outside of nome about to head in.

Lesher: "I do want to know why he went off."

OOC: Juruken is already there, he ran ahead to make sure Nome was where they were to go.

Juruken smiled at them. "Go ahead, i'm just waiting for my team." He looked back out at the rode then turned toward Jaenie, "Mind taking a walk with me?" He looked at her nervously. His ears slightly back as he asked.
