Personality:Gets WAY to jealous,big headed, stubborn,selfish,yet strongwilled and has anger issues if you mess with him! Since a young bear, Otaktay always wished to be the Alpha Dominant Male in a Clan, but each time he joined a new Clan each time he got exiled by it for his selfish character! He's not Evil,no, he just wants to be important to someone. In the deep, once someone get to know him better realize that he's just a grumpy old bear with no bad intections. He's also charming at times, especially towards Khalan.

History: Otaktay got banished from his bear clan, because he got into so many fights with his family/friends & the big boss too! Otakay only wanted to gain and earn respect for being the most strongest, most terrifying bear that anyone would ever meet,only because he wants to win his crushes's heart from getting stolen by another bear, but also hopes to overthrow his leader so that he may rule.

Fed up on being exiled from each new clan he joined, Otaktay decided to calm down his ego and in this way decided to find a new Clan which accepted him without any problems; so after had travelled from to south to north, he found a very big clan of bears of eachkind called "The Salmon Run". Once he entered a young-adult bear informed the Clan's Leader, Tug, about Otaktay presence. So the Leader of the Salmon Run went to Otaktay and he accepted him. Otaktay for a moment was surprised, because joining a Clan was been always tough for him, but this time was been really easily. Altough that the only thing that Tug asked him was to follow his rules and especially don't hurt anyone of the Salmon Run.
At first he thought that no more then 2 months he was been exiled again, but for his surprise he started to enjoy the fact about being just a follower than a Leader..altough that at times he sees Tug as a Contender and this was been made stronger when Tug announced that his mate was pregnant and soon the Salmon Run would had a next heir and future new Leader of the Salmon Run. When Otaktay saw for the first time the Leader's Mate: a beautiful she-bear with blue eyes named Khalan, for him was love at first sight and so he decided that one day she'll be his mate.
Relation to The Brother Bear:He's part of the Salmon Run and he knows Tug.
(I hope that that's alright if I put him on the Brother Bear world than on Balto one ^^
