You make a good point, Juuchan. Besides, fanfiction is far better. There's no time constraint, except on the writer's part, if they wanna do something incredibly epic or something short and sweet, and the writer can dive into emotions and all that good stuff without having - if they choose to - screw up character development and the plotline, which is something that can happen so easily in a film, animated or live action.
Thanks. And also, most fan versions of "Balto 4" or other things.... well, I've noticed that mostly all of them don't really get off the ground and do anything for months, so again, pointless waste of time. There are many other things in life that are more important than a stupid version of a movie that will never really be made. I only know of ONE that's actually got something done that's decent, and it's taken them a few years to get something going. It's a lot of hard work and talent to do something that's even worthy of first move standards, and not even theirs is close to sequel standards [due to amateur work, obviously]. It's not easy; this is why the official movies had large oversea animation companies helping out and could get the films done within a year or so.
Just to let you know, I'm not trying to sound like a dream-crusher; I'm just telling it like it is.

If you know of one decent sequel that's gotten off the ground (not counting the offical ones which are open to debate), you're ahead of me.
