OOC: Let's just skip to the end, as there are more dogs than just our characters in the circus, this is just the group we focus on.
After several more acts, Adrian came to the main stage. "And that's my show, ladies and gentleman," he explained. "I hope you enjoyed your step into my world, please come again."
"Wow...that was awesome!" yelled Tracy. "Those dogs were amazing!"

"Yeah, they really were," Taran said, still unable to shake of the strange feeling he got when he saw the dogs. "Are you ready to go?" he asked as he stood up with the rest of the crowd as everyone filed out.

"Well to be honest, I'd like to stick around and see if Adrian will let us see the dogs back stage," said Tracy. "Those dogs were so cute!"

Adrian kicked Martha into the cage with Michael, Sadie, Trey, and Joy before locking it, the cage miserible looking. "Nice job tonight," he said, his costume changing to its negative state. "That praise was deliscious wasn't it?" he asked. "Oh yes, I absorbed it all," he said, laughing evilly and walking off.

"Maybe we should go around the back of the tent," Taran said, thinking of the best place to go to see Adrian. "There has to be a back-stage entrence or something there."
Joy sighed as Adrian walked away. She curled herself up in the corner of the cage, her head resting on her paws. "Yeah, the praise for us," she muttered under her breath, knowing it wasn't worth it to say loud enough fo Adrian to hear.
Sadie sat up, ducking her head a little so as not to hit it on the top of the cage. She glared at Adrian as he walked away, but she could do nothing to fit him in the canin state she was stuck in.
Trey made himself as small as he could along the side of the cage. Being a big dog did not do well in situations like these.

Tracy nodded. "Sounds good to me," she said. "Let's go!"
"That monster," said Tracy, sighing. Adrian was powerful, too powerful to fight, too powerful to disobey...if they did one thing wrong, one mistake, there'd be something bad. "Sooner or later, he'll screw up and we'll be free."

Taran nodded and started to walk out of the tent and then around the back. "Do you see any way in?" he asked Tracey.
"I hope you're right," Joy said with sadness clear in her voice.

Taran glanced over Tracy's shoulder, looking in as she opened the curtain. "Is he in there?" he asked, not seeing Adrian right away.
Joy sat up as she heard people coming in. "What is that?" she asked, trying to listen to who it could be coming in.

Martha gasped. "Get out of here! Run!" she yelled, though to the humans, it just sounded like paniced barking.

"I don't know...this cage looks pretty bad though," said Tracy, looking it over. "Maybe Adrian isn't as good a man as he looks..."
"Please! Get out of here!" yelled Martha, then realized they didn't understand. She looked down at the dirt floor and wrote 'Run!' in the dirt.

"Maybe it's not as bad as it looks..." Taran suggested, but there was doubt in his voice even as he said it. Then he noticed one of the dog seeming to write in the dirt. "Wait, is she writing something?" he asked in disbelief. When he could make out the word, Taran looked at his sister in shock and awe. He wasn't sure whether to listen to the dog or not. "I think we should get out of here," he said, suddenly paniced.

Tracy saw the world and nodded, then turned to run but Adrian, in his 'nice' outfit, manafested right in front of them. "Oh...hello..."
"Hello, you two were out there tonight in the crowd, right?" asked Adrian, seeming nice. "Came to see my dogs?"

"Oh yes yes," said Adrian, smiling. "Happens all the time, but do you know what I always say to people who say that?" he asked. Adrian then laughed, looking down at the two. “By the way, would you like to join the circus? Oh yeah, that’s right,” he said, his outfit turning to his evil version. “You don’t have a choice!”
“What do you mean?” asked Tracy, taking a panicked step back.
