But was this really used in an episode? I can't remember

The only time WildCat was at Louie's that I can remember with Baloo alone was Paradise Lost (With the gang together there was Last Horizons and On A Wing & A Bear). Otherwise; it might be a lost episode animation cel.

I checked and it doesn't seem to be from Paradise Lost. My guess is that it comes either from a scene that was cut, or a promotional sequence. Surely not an entire lost episode, 'cause Jymn already confirmed there's no such thing.
I may have another guess : they may have took the characters from another episode, and stuck them to a background with "Louie's."

That screenshot isn't ringing any bells with me either. I can't recall any scene in any episode where Wildcat and Baloo are in that pose, with or without Louie's Place. Could it have been for a commercial or maybe a scene that was cut?

Judging by the quality of the image, I actually can see a small reflection of a person, in the picture. Obviously it looks like an image that wasn't signed.

Yes, the reflexion of the guy who bought it, taking a picture of it - nothing surprising. And there's a stamp in the bottom left corner, which authenticates it.

It's from 'Baloo Thunder' where Khan gives Baloo money to saving the day, and then takes it back XD
