I don't think its whining so much as concern for the reputation of these websites xD

But instead of having a reputation of allowing the sparkledogs(in a bad way). the sites could be seen as being really open to things like sparkledogs which would make us have a better reputation.

But surely this would adivitise Animation Source as an OC sight, which is not what anyone wants at all, am I correct? I would think most members here would like people to see what a great place this is to celebrate animated films, not OCs.

Exactly, its a bunch of websites dedicated to animated films, not peoples' annoying dog versions of themselves, WHICH I might add is what FA is for.

I am convinced people eat skittles then vomit out them and what that rainbow vomit becomes is a sparkle dog. Full of radioactive goodness and ready to spread its cancer to every other character on the AS.

I don't like it. I hate this new rule and I'm not happy about kids learning all they have to do is scream about their creativity and they get what they want, but good God learn some tact.

That makes me wonder, if I whine about tracing limiting my creativity loud enough, will the mods let that in too? What about putting up pictures I don't own, I had to Google CREATIVE terms to find Pample art to rip off! Oh, and using pictures from other movies, let that in too because you hate creativity if you're not letting me render off movies no Balto even though it's BALTO Source and not 101 Dalmatians Source, stop limiting me to Balto on a Balto fansite, you creativity hating jerky mods.

See how stupid the "you hate creativity" argument sounds? This is a slippery slope, folks. Might as well rename Balto Source "Screechy Kids And Their Fursonas Source" while we're ahead.

The core problem that I have with things like sparkle dogs is that they aren't creative. They are generic, each one looks the same. They all have way to many colors, piercings and some have multiple wings. This new rule is just creating more problems than solving them.

I agree that some are rediculous, (quite a few infact) but some aren't as bad as people make out I suppose. I have to admit (although I'm not keen on sparkledogs) wolf-prince's Paint is the perfect example of a good, well made sparkledog and actually, I wouldn't call him a sparkledog because it isn't fair on him, I like to call 'sparkledogs' like Paint just 'unatural coloured dogs' because some sparkledogs out there are just shaming the whole thing.

Personally, I have no problem with people drawing sparkledogs, I just don't think they belong here. I certianly would never post rude comments on someones character's page.

Just because a sparkledog is an unnatural color, doesn't mean the creator didn't take any time to make it.

Besides, there's such thing as being TOO creative.
