I have more then once, it was a native thing to pass down eating it you tarnish the wolf's soul, before eating there is a dance and song you participate in that binds the soul into its blood and when you eat it you will feel a charge and a feeling your one with everything and its true when done the proper way it incresses your senses by alot things seem different then before, and if your chosen to eat the heart it symbolises great meaning and purpose in life, it's rare to be chosen but if you are its an honor.

There's also chocolates that have pure wolf blood in them taken from the beating heart of the wolf, these chocolates are extreamly rare and extreamly expensive, there normal given to certian families as a special delicacy, iv only had them once in romania and there is no chocolate on earth that can even compare, so if your ever offered one take it because you may never get another chance.

Also wolf's blood and heart are also used in the most powerful forms of alchemy the ultimate science that was born

That was born way before christ, im not sure exactly what it is about the wolf's blood and heart that make the most powerful forms of alchemy but it does, you'd be suprised how much the wolf's blood and heart are very important for.

As for killing them I never will, I will easily kill any human I see pointing a rifle at a wolf or has the intention of killing it, I can kill a human much easyer then killing a wolf, if im around and people are hunting wolves that I can see and as soon as you point at one you'll be dead before you hit the ground im a perfect shot everytime and I don't care who you are I wouldn't hesitate, people are whats wrong not them and killing the animal that represents all thats wild and free is killing parts of the earth's soul.

Sorry for going of topic and id never eat wolf meat or heart unless its for a very spiritual native tradition.

Now, last week, I watched a movie called : Frozen While the movie was rather lame, it did bring up a point.
Wolves aren't what you think, they'll eat you. Hidden text : click to show

So all I can say; Its either eat, or be eaten? xD

That's.. really awful. You'd kill a human being, one of your own species, just for pointing a gun at a wolf? That's.. incredibly sick and disturbing. You need help if you think killing a wolf hunter evens the playing field. Wolves are killed for population control. This video explains everything. and they do not 'represent all that's wild'. What about deer? If a hunter tries to kill one, will you shoot him? What makes the wolf so special? It's no more special than any other animal - especially not humans. My god.

And for the record, I'd have no problem with shooting a wolf. Especially if it was to protect someone I care about. Wolves are dangerous animals, and would attack a human without a second thought. Luckily I live in Scotland, so such dangerous animals do not exist and we're safe. Wolves are not like your pet doggie, no matter how much you want to believe they are.

Two of the main characters were eaten by wolves, which I can tell you, they will eat you in real life as well.

So all I can say; Its either eat, or be eaten? xD

Exactly. I completely agee. You should see some of the things wolves do to family pets, for nothing but fun. If they stop fearing us, they'll start hunting us without mercy. And I've heard of that film and the wolf attack in it. xD

we dont' breed wolves to eat them C:

I feel better eating cows, sheep, chicken and pigs, because they taste good. Rabbit is too stringy for me.

and everyone onthis topic, please try to be nice to each other -_-

Hmm thats true, we don't bred them. But is that a huge difference? I mean, animals are animals. Those livestock could feel, touch, smell, see, just like wolves. And most of the time, they were more harmless (I'm hoping there is no killer pig on the lose) than wolves, who do attack and kill people.

Also to prove my point from above (^) Wolves of Paris anyone?

Of course, wolves do kill people, but it's rare and not normal behaviour.
I am more comfortable with eating a cow(or some other "common meat") because:
-wolves are closer to being endangered
-there is zillion more cows than wolves
-we actually breed cows to eat them
-I guess it's because of culture too
That being said, I think I would try wolf meat if I had an opportunity, just to know its taste.

Um, wolves are OVERpopulated in Alaska. xDD

Adding to what Question said, wolves are no way near endangered people :/
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gray_wolf ~Notice it says "Least Concern"

Some certain breeds of livestock are tones more endangered than wolves, take the Leicester Longwool for example, they have a population of less than 2'000 indaviduals.

That's why I didn't say "wolves are endangered" but "wolves are closer to being endangered than cows". They can be overpopulated in some regions and endangered in others.

Cows aren't in danger of being endangered because they are breed to eat. I'd bet anything if we didn't breed them just to kill them and eat them they would be close to it. But specifically grey wolves are not endangered nor are they in any position at the moment to become endangered. That's just a common wolfaboo excuse for not killing them lol.
