Anyhow, yes. In an earlier interview, the team stated that the music was supposed to be similar to "the roaring 20s with and Asian twist". -shrug-

They also have a clip of the show featuring pro bending on nick.com for anyone who wants to see it. For those of you who don't know what pro bending is, it's just a bending battle in an arena. And it's really cool!

^ Plus, from what I have seen so far (I have seen about 5-6 leaked clips, none of which I can link to because they do not exist anymore, sorry) I can tell you about everything in this show is a step up from Avatar. The animation, the music, the artwork, EVERYTHING! So it's going to take a little longer to make, but the results will most surely be worth it!

Besides, spring is just around the corner. If we have waited practically 2 years for this, then we can wait a month or two for the premiere.

Honestly, I don't like the sound of the new show simply because I've grown so much to love the original. I'm one of those people who finds it hard to fall in love with "the next generation" type shows. Any show I watch must have the original characters in it, or I refuse to watch it. LOL. Besides that, though, the universe it is in seems far too modern for Avatar terms. If Tenzin is indeed Katara and Aang's son, and he is alive and teaching Korra air bending, then it doesn't seem likely that things would have advanced this far.

For example, take a look at the differences between Ba-sing-se (the most "modern" city in Aang's time) versus the cities in the Legend of Korra:

@Zuko: That's probably true, although I never did say I hated the show. I just stated that I would most likely find it hard to like due to my dislike of most "next generation" type shows. I suppose it is worth a try, though. As you said, it's made by some of the same people who produced the original. So how bad could it be?

fjkgfjrfeowfio. Words can't describe how excited I am for this show.

I am EXTRA SUPER CURIOUS where they're going with it, because 99.9% of A:TLA was about Aang mastering all of the elements, but within the first 2 seconds this show makes it obvious that Korra already has 3 of them down.

God, I'm going to miss Team Avatar though ;___; RIP Aang and Sokka
