The sight (Wolfsaugen) is a nice book. But I think the beginning promises more than the end was...it was a little pity...
And I don't like Larka because she made herself promises and did not take them serious...
The German version:

So I guess you live in Germany, then, right?
I know a little bit of German, and I don't thing that "The Sight" translates litterally into "Wolfsaugen". What does that actually mean?

It means ,,Eyes of the wolf'', you can see it on the cover.

I absolutly adore the Sight!!! I have a sighned copy of the book and I have screensavers and everything but there is two parts that make me cry no1 is when Khaz dies at the end of chapter 3, Hunters because he is my fav ( 'Listen to me, Kipcha,' groaned Khaz. 'Take Larka and run. As fast as you can.I'm finished anyway.' 'But Khaz,' cried Kipcha bitterly,'what about us...our cubs.' Fear had Kipcha by the troat and all her instincts told her to flee from the approaching sounds. But as looked down at Khaz she felt as if her heart was breaking apart... It was Khaz who released them. The wolf gave a violent shudder then with a last effort shuck the dieing vioce from his body. 'Go Kipcha,' he gasped.' If Tor and Fenris meant me to be your mate then you would obey me, So now I order you. Go.' Khaz's body shuddered then his red tail sank lifelessly to the ground. The wolf was dead.)
I also hate the part just as the bridge tumbles with Larka and Morgra on it..
(Between Larka andthe ledge, between story and freedom, between the past and the present, stepped reality. What really happens. And as the family watched horror woke in their minds. Larka missed and down they both fell, towards oblivion. Their bodies broke together on the vicious rocks.)
But I still love the Sight, can't wait for no 2 and the Telling Pool is a really good book, didn't really like the Fire Bringer
