I noticed a guy with a camera coming towards us, and when he took a photo of Nyx I couldn't help but growl. Before anyone could look at me I immediately put my hand to my stomach, making it look like it was my stomach growling instead of me. I kicked myself mentally at what I had almost done but soon settled down a bit. I watched this guy carefully and it took all my will power to not send another threatening growl his way, even though I was the omega and had no right to threaten without the alpha's say-so. I had grown protective of Nyx, yet I stayed quiet about it because I knew someone else with a higher rank in the pack liked her. I finally decided that loosening up was about the best thing I could do at the moment, and my crooked smile turned into a proper one as I greeted the guy with the camera. "Hey there." I said in the friendliest voice I could manage at the time. This guy was probably an alright person.

I walked up to Nyx and put an arm around her waist possessively. I said very aggressively, anyone who hears this wants to cower in fear due to my power that is in my voice, while giving the guys death stares "Yes. Can WE help you guys?" I tried not to pull my lips back to show my canines but it was hard not to. I said under my breath to Nyx so that only she could hear me "Vampires. Sorry for putting my arm around you possessively, Nyx, but I'm not allowing anyone to harm you. I'm not even going to give them the chance." I kept on staring at the group of guys and looked at the guy with the camera when he took a picture.
I looked at the omega and walked up close to him. I said under my breath "You like Nyx but you don't even have a chance with her. Ty would kill you before you even get Nyx's attention. Even I know not to mess around with Nyx and I am next in line for being the alpha male." I chuckled and shook my head.

I could tell immediately that taking a picture so suddenly may not have been the best of ideas considering the reaction I got. This grouped seemed even stranger than everyone else at my school. Or maybe I was finally getting used to the strange ways of my classmates. Either way, it was obvious that these kids were newbies. "Hey, sorry about the rude greeting with the camera," I said to the guy that had spoken to me. "I just needed a good shot of you guys for the newspaper and yearbook and all that stuff." I shrugged to show how little importance the pictures I was taking were to me. I wasn't much into portraits. "Anyways, the name's Travis," I said, thinking that introductions were the right path to go. I stuck my hand out to shake hands with whoever was most willing.
I paid minimal attention to the guy with the camera, who I suspected to be human. He could get his head ripped off by Nyx and Tyler if that was what he wanted to do with his day. Socialism was not on my priorty list. I backed away from Nyx a few steps to get out of that action and blend in with my pack more. I overheard the conversation between Zack and Jacob and couldn't help but jump in. "Don't put him down so fast, Jake," I said, keeping my voice light. "Everyone knows Nyx has Ty wrapped around her finger. If she wants something other than him, do you really think he's going to deny her?"

Occ: I am sooooo sorry i have not been posting i got grounded  hopefully yall still want to continue if not i understand and like i said really sorry . I pushed my self away from ty gave him a stern glance then sighed"I don't like being crowded around i said looking at the group and then the guy with the guy who had taken my picture" And i don't like pictures."I said then whispered to Ty"next time don't put your arm around me" then walked over to Luke."So now where do we go from here?"I turned to my pack and looked back at him."Lets see how about the...art room?"I said not really sure."Fine the art room it is lead the way i said fallowing him.

I looked at the Nyx and shook my head. I sighed and whispered very sorrily to Nyx "I'm sorry, Nyx. I shouldn't have done that." I looked at Luke and said aggressively "Do whatever you want but I'm not hanging around you or the other stupid idiot any longer." I looked at my pack and said angrily "I'll see you all later." I headed out the main gym doors and went to the boy's restroom to bang on some walls and let out my frustration that I had for Nyx.
I looked at Nyx and walked up close to her. I whispered angrily at Nyx "Are you so heartless Nyx? He just wanted to protect you from those guys who are vampires. He doesn't want to lose you like he lost his parents and twin brother. You are the only true friend he has left and without you he would soon kill himself because you are the only reason he truly lives for. I would say more but Tyler would actually kill me if I did but I'll give you a hint because you deserve to know. You see he likes you more than you know Nyx and every time you push him away you are sending signs to him that you don't like him the same way. Put the pieces together and see what they say but don't tell Ty that I told you because he WOULD kill me."

"Um...."I was not sure what to do but i know for sure going after him would not be a good idea.I rubbed my head and looked at the rest of the group.
"...I'm not heartless ....I know that he is trying to protect me and I know what those guys are but they don't know what we are"I said trying not to growl or yell."And Ty does not need to worry about me as much I'm not as helpless or what ever you wanna call it like when I was younger and he needs to learn that...and im sure he does know but he does not show it and till we get out of here we need to act as "normal" as we can and that means not freaking out when a crowd is around do you understand" i said taking a step closer." So for now till i say i need help or give a hint or something you guys need to relax we will be leaving tonight and its final"taking a deep breath i walked to Luke "I'm sorry about Ty me and him have been friends for a long time and he is very protective when it comes to other guys so you gotta understand for now lets just let him blow off some steam and go on with the tour"I said with a smile.
