"Geez sorry," Bruce said, then began the plan. He ran towards the deli. He began barking at the deli man. He was bounding around, making it nearly impossible to catch him. The fat human tried to make some grabs at him but he wasn't quick enough.

Diablo casualty walked in through the door and passed the two who were jostling around. "Yoink" he said taking a pork shoulder off the counter. "Aah all for me" he said to himself dodging out the door.

"Hey!" Bruce called as Diablo grabbed meat all for himself. He then decided if he didn't grab some now, he'd never get any. He ran past the human, then grabbed the biggest slab of meat he could find. He passed the human with ease, but little did he know what awaited him outside the doors. As soon as he stepped outside the deli, a metal loop went around his neck. He dropped the meat and backed away, but the loop was connected to a pole. Before he even had time to yell for help, he was stuffed into a truck. On his way to the truck, he growled and snapped, all a show of his "wolf side", but it didn't seem to fade the dog catchers. As the truck drove away, he tried to call out to his friends. "Help! Help!"

"Holy shiii...." Diablo was so stunned he couldn't even finish his statement. He just stood there in the coolness of the deli with his jaw wide open as the dog catcher started to walk closer to him. "Hey buddy I'm not gonna hurt you" he said creaping closer and closer to Diablo. Diablo bared his teeth at the catcher backing up slowly until his butt hit the wall. There was nowhere for him to go. He paused for a moment completely terrified. He decided to make a run for biting the catcher in the one area he could reach rightt between his legs. He dodged the falling man and darted out of the deli grabbing the meat as well on his way out as he nudged open the latch for Bruce to be freed.

Bruce tried to go free, but the latch didn't seem to be completely open. He pawed at it, but it was no use. The moving truck was making it almost impossible for him to get loose.

Diablo ran as fast as his legs could carry him. He dropped his prized deli meat and dove one last time hitting the latch praying it would open.

The latch opened and Bruce wanted to get out, but he got a bit scared to jump, after all he was in a moving truck. In the end, he couldn't gather the strength. He stayed in the truck, right on edge, as if he couldn't make up his mind. Once the truck stopped at the pound, he leapt off since it was still. But the dog catchers saw him and made a mad dash after him.

Bruce ran in circles. "Sorry, I just got nervous! Hide! I'll get them off my tail!" he said, then ran in zigzags and crazy paths in order to get the humans tired.
