Felidae smiled weakly at her friend in thanks of her comfort as she felt her brother's presence nearby. "I'm sorry Felidae, why don't we just go for a walk?" Felidae shook her head. "no, lets just get to sleep." She muttered and Taja shrugged and nodded, heading back to the den. "You can come in our den if you'd like Sayli." Taja called towards her, his eyes bright.

Meanwhile...

A pride member was walking around to get a drink, his king hadn't goten back from his so he figured he fel asleep by the watering hole like the night before and the night before that. As the sand colored lion walked over he saw his king's body on the ground "Laziest king ever..." He muttered as he walked up. The male lion looked over his king, about to jab him awake with his calw before he saw th blood covering the earth and his large mane. His eye were wide open, not in fear but in shock. "King! King! Oh no, the queen will be shattered...The pride will be shattered." The male put his king's large and muscular body on his and carried him to Pride Rock and laid him on the tip where he stood each morning and afternoon. The male lifted hsi head and let out a loud roar, waking up the whole pride. The king had teh scent of hyenas on him so he expected that a hyena had got him when he wasn't looking, no thoughts of a lion attacking him went through his mind.

Sayli accepted the offer from Taja. She didn't know why. She kept trying to tell herself it was to comfert her friend...which was part of the reason. Sayli slowly followed after Felidae and Taja. Sayli walked into the den and layed down against a wall. Resting her head on her paws. "Felidae." Sayli said so she could have her friend by her side. She was almost positive that's what Felidae would want to.

Tim heard the roar and croutched low in the grass for a few minutes. He looked around and sighed, "Well, best time as ever I guess." He stood meekly and walked up to the rock and sat just outside the crowd that was gathering. 'Wonder whats going on.' He thought to himself.

The Queen hurried out at the sound of the roar. Instantly she spotted her mate's bloody body "Oh my...Roran, what have they done to my Roran!" She let out a roar of pain that could split the air.

Cronos could hear the roar all the way from Pride Rock, and it gave him a grim smile. "Our daughter is a hero Cronos, she will be a legend." Canta's tone could make any lion's spine want to curl in fear and disgust. "Yes, I'm very proud of her, but I personally alwasy thought it would be Taja who would've been chosen." Canta nodded in agreement as she stood up and nudged her mate up also. "Your right, but we must go to the meeting and assign today's duties to the pride." Canta and Cronos strode out of the den and into a large den with holes in it for light.

Felidae nodded and walked over to her friend and layed down. Disgrace...Disgrace.. She closed her eyes and fell asleep, her body aching from the fight.

Sayli listened to Felidae's steady breathing. She couldn't get to sleep knowing she was in the same den as Taja so close she could hear the faint whispers of his breath. She got up careful not to nudge Felidae. She looked so peaceful sleeping. She walked around in the den barley seeing anything from the darkness. It felt like the darkness was surrounding her. That's what she loved about the dark you couldn't defeat it, it was everywhere. It is also the scariest thing. If you think about it. Never ending darkness. Like the ultimate villian. She thought about walking outside. Then thought better of it. Didn't want Felidae waking up thinking she ditched her. So, she stood there not wanting to move. To deep in sorrow to care to move. She would have to tell Felidae sometime;she didn't know win but soon.

Tim dropped to the ground at the queen's roar and put his paws over his ears. He'd never heard a lion other than himself roar like that. He peeked around and sat up again after the roar had ended, unsure of what do do next. Something was wrong here, but he wasn't about to ask what it was. From what the queen was saying before she roared it must have been her mate's body dragged up there. "I wish i could help." He said thinking out loud.

OOC: Tim was in captivity all his life and isn't used to the wild yet. He's stumbled onto the Pridelanders and is watching from just outside the group.

(Free-Wolf I'm thinking of taking you out of the RP for not being active since you have a very imporant role in the RP and we can not move on without you, and also I don't want this RP to become dead. So if you don't start picking up the pace the Poison will have to take your spot.)
Summary-Felidae was told she would have to kill teh king and said no and ran off with her friends for awhile, then we she came back her father told her it was either her life or the kings so she killed the king and ran back home feeling like a monster. So now I'm waiting on Ajani's reaction on his father's death. And also since the king's body was out over night he was eaten by some hyenas so the scent of Felidae has been covered.

For now on I'll be posting the time of day within the RP, whats going on, and if any new members have joined or if any old ones have left.
So that means I will not be posting if you have been accepted or not within my RP post and I will not be posting if you are kicked out and I will also not be posting summarys within my posts either so check there please.

Time was melting under the hot African sun that hovered just above pride rock. "Did you here that?" Asked Savana. "It sounded like somebody roaring!"
Upindi growled. "Humph I can roar louder than that."
"I'd like to here you try!" Savana laughed. Upindi you sound like a hornbill with a cold. Savana doubled over laughing and kicking her hind legs as she rolled in the hot Savana dirt.
Upindi pounced on top of her and bit here ear "Take that back!" she growled. But savana was laughing to hard to reply. Matada pounced out from behind a tan bush choked from the heat. He landed flat on his nose "I almost got you Upendi!"
"Sure you did!"
"Be nice to him!" Snaped Savana. "It was a good try Matada!"
Matada wasn't sure if she ment it but he went back to try pouncing again.
A medium sized rock satr only a few feat away from the bush and Upendi decided to make it her throwne. "I'm hungry!" She declared. "Who want's to get me something to eat?"
"That's the lioness's job!" Matada objected "You two should be getting me something to eat!"
Upindi pounced ontop of Matada and growled at him. Matada was going to growl back but his empty stomach beat him to it. The sky was puring and some near by antelope took of at a run for shelter.
"Come on!" Cried Savana "lets get out of the rain!"
"Right behind you" Matada replied.
"wate!" cried Upendi. "I thought you were going to get me something to eat?"
"Forget it Upendi come on!"
A suden trumpet of thunder frigtened Upendi. "All right fign but I get to lead" She put stuck her nose in the air but her face was met by a suden down poor of rain. "To pride rock!"

Ajani was out hunting away from his pride be had not been home for the past 3 days. Not sure if he was ready to go back home. As he approuched a gazzile he smelt a lionesses in his part of land. He growled

(OOC: Sorry I haven't posted in a while, just haven't come up with a good way to introduce my realy shy, domesticated lion char into the pride yet.)

Tim stood up nervously and slowly walked forward into the group that was there. He knew something bad had happened, but he was scared. Scared of being alone. He padded forward and looked around, "E-excuse me...um...where am I?"
