SHay had listened to the conversation with anxious jade eyes, not willing to break in. "Can we all agree you've both had tramatic experiences?" she finally cut in, not wanting to hear anymore. "There's no reason to argue over which one was more horrible."

Tom slowly calmed down, not wanting his anger to take control again. "Whatever.." He muttered, shoving his hands in the pockets of his coat and walking away. 'Maybe I should check out that school the guy was talkin' about.' He thought, heading in the direction of the school. "If they can teach me how to control my powers and my anger, then it must be a good place." He muttered under his breath.

"Like that's gonna happen." grumbled Zapline under his breath. Nathaniel didn't need to be controlled, he thought. He could take care of himself.

"Sounds like a good place, are there any other mutants that are attending the school?" Asked Tom. 'Stupid! That was the most idiotic question I could ask!' He mentally scolded himself for asking a question like that, of course there were other mutants!
