Nika laughed "Yeah Kiba is like that to." She said, turning around and seeing Demis "Um-Um...Hi." He smiled, blushing.She looked at Margenasell and nodded "You can ride Kiba with me, he is big enough." She smiled, jumping on Kiba with ease.His big tail wagged back and forth with happiness, he loved rides with Nika.

Ryan let out a small laugh. "No, he's not really going to charge, Nytro won't charge unless someone angers him, or harms me." Replied Ryan, he then jumped up onto Nytro's back. "And sure, I'd love to help Deminiscus find his way around." He added, he then softly nudged Nytro in the side with his foot and Nytro slowly walked around the group in circles, waiting for them to get going. Nytro let out a small roar.

Nika laughed and pulled on Kiba's reigns to make him turn and walk towards Demis, patting Kiba rump as if to say 'Jump on'."Are you coming?" She asked, a smile on her face.

Demis nervously walked towards Kiba, the large winged wolf. "I, erm, I've never rode a....wolf....before." he said in a flurry of stutters. He'd ridden horses before, but no wolves with feathery wings. Not once! He uncertainly climbed onto Kiba's back, clutching the silvery fur to keep his footing. He sat comfortably atop the giant wolf, then asked Nika, "You're sure this is safe?"

Margenasell climbed onto Graphite's back, shortening the ropey reins and looking over to Demis and Nika. "Race you to Borgon's?" she challenged, roughly tugging on Graphite's reins to keep him from bolting off.

Nika giggled, noticing he was holding his fur "Erm, I wouldn't hold there, you'll slip." She said as she grabbed his arms and wrapped them around her waist "Hold onto my belt and you'll be fine." She nudged Kiba's side again and he bursted into the air with great speed, wings wide in the wind and wind blowing on their faces lightly, she smiled at Margenasell's offer for a race and nodded "Okay!" She felt Kiba's tail wag in excitment."Hold on Demis!" She yelled, eyes wide in excitment and glee as Kiba flew quickley in the air, wings soaring over the clouds as she caught sight of Borgon's place.She grabbed Kiba's reigns tightly to stop him from ramming into the store."Hey Borgon!" A plump man came out and laughed "Hey Nika, I see Kiba has grown since I last saw him!He was just a hatchling!" He patted his furry and soft head and kIba's tounge rolled out.

Ryan smirked at Margenasell. "Looks like she left you behind, how 'bout you race me and Nytro, he's faster than you think." He challenged, petting Nytro on the side gently. He then spoke softly into Nytro's ear, it was a different language. "Un Blatr ferentitas." He whispered. Nytro grunted softly in reply, his grunt sounded like the bleat of a mature billy goat, except a bit deeper. He then smiled at Margenasell and said. "Ready, set..."

Yumi--> I also pictured Borgon as some kind of overweight being, and that looks perfect! Thanks for looking for the pic! Also, since Borgon isn't a big part of the story, anyone is allowed to control him. Just don't overdo it guys!

Demis held onto Nika's belt for his life with his eyes squeezed shut. He felt the wind whipping at his hair, but when the sky path smoothed out, he dared to open his eyes a little bit- just to see what it looked like. What an amazing feeling he had! To see the small villages and trees from so high up... Demis laughed in delight. When Kiba landed and Borgon stomped out (he couldn't help stomping; he was a messy, plump man!), Demis got off of Kiba and dared to appraoch him. "Hello, sir." he began. Then, he cleared his throat and added, "I am Deminiscus, and you may have known my grandmother." Borgon chuckled a hearty laugh. "O'course!" he replied while vigorously shaking Demis' hand. "Well, what can ol' Borgon do for ye, your highness?"

Margenasell gripped Graphite's reins and stooped down, making herself aerodynamic. "Ready, Graphite?" she whispered. Graphite responded with the scraping of his feet on the ground, meaning he was excited. When, she heard Ryan beginning with the 'Ready....set..." Margenasell couldn't help but shout, "Go!" and get a head start. Graphite dashed through the forest, his two dinosaur-like legs leaving large footprints, pressing into the soil, then coming back up into a fold, then repeating to fabricate a sprint. Graphite cawed like a crow and flicked his tail back and forth to maintain balance. "How you holdin' up back there, Ryan?" teased Margenasell.

Nika smiled and laughed "Oh Borgon, be nice to our guest!" She pushed him playfully, Borgon and her were good friends, she almost saw him as a father since she never really had one.Nika tied Kiba to the strong post that held animals, the winged wolf pups played with his tail and he played with.She glanced over at Demis and back at her feet, her chest felt fluttery but she ignored it.

Demis looked at him sympathetically and replied, "Actually, I'm here to choose a beast. Do you happen to have any that are for...um...beginners?" Borgon laughed heartily and eyed Demis. "The new king is a beginner?" he joked at. "Well, be that as it may, come around back. I've got some new creatures out back if you wanna have a look at them." he looked at Nika and Kiba. "You two come along. Perhaps Kiba will recognize some old pals." The hefty man traveled around to behind the shop, where all kinds of strange animals were either tied up, in wire cages, or being checked out by customers. Borgon gestured toward the animals. "How 'bout it?"

Demo followed them as the went to the back of the store, her smile widening as she saw a few baby dragins blowing wisps of smoke, tu,mbling and beating their tiny wings. WB

Nika nodded in agreement and patted her hip twice and he followed him into the store.Kiba was looking wary at the new creatures around him and stuck close to his owner's side.Soon they passed a cage where a aged Winged Wolf laid, her coat the same dusty gray-ish brown and white "Aluna!" Nika exclaimed, Kiba's tail wagged as he saw his mother.She got up and nuzzled her on and Nika, Aluna was one of the dams at the store, mostly used to breed more pups since all of her's were strong, fast, and sweet.

Demis smiled at Aluna, as well as feasted his eyes upon some infant creatures, some teen, and some adult. They were all strange looking animals, and most of them held the features of dinosaurs. He walked past an array of cages, all holding similar animals, but yet different than the ones tied up. "So many..." he breathed as his bright and amazed eyes scanned over the many different beasts scratched against their cages and tugged at their tied posts. Suddenly, a four-legged animal with dark brown fur, a horse's head, wolf paws, sabertooth fangs and large squirrel tail nearly ran into him. The animal stopped just in time, but a little girl stomped over and kicked the beast in the leg. "You can't run away from your future master!" screamed the little brat girl at the animal. As she led the beast away, Demis stopped her. "Wait!" he called. "How much are you paying for this animal?" the girl answered, "500 torlicans. Why?" Demis replied. "If you let me buy this creature, I'll pay you 100 torlicans -whatever that is- and I'll pay Borgon the 500 he asks for. How about it?" he offered his hand filled with some money given to him by Margenasell to the girl. She smiled and snatched the money, then said, "Congratulations. He's yours." Demis smiled as he led the animal, who was about the same height as him, to the others waiting. "What do you think?" he asked them, dropping the price of the beast in Borgon's hand.

Nika walked away from Aluna with a farwell before checking out Demis's new creature, she flet his mucsles and bones "Everything seems fine to me, strong one at that." She smiled, Kiba bent down in play postition but the creature didn't seem to pleased."Oh Kiba, you know your not one of him, why don't you pay your brothers a visit eh?" Kiba sulked off to the cage where his siblings were.
