"Im not going to do either, and I know they will. I did it anyways, knowing I wuld be an outcast," she said. "It was a risk I took gladly."

Fen tilted his head "Is that so....then we better move before they find us." He said it rather quietly but know that she would hear him. He stood up and his hand found the hilt of his sword, looking like a warrior he walked over to Shay and nodded to her. "Thank You."

"Your welcome," Shay said. She had taken a sword with her, a light blade in a cresent shape. She pulled it out, the steel rubbing against the leather sheath making a slight hiss as it slid free. SHe was taken aback and breathless from how Fen looked, muscles rippling, sword gleaming brightly and harshly, held steadyly in his hand. She stared at him, lost in thought, her blue eyes glowing warmly.

Fen relized that this vampire, Shay.... was different. He tilted his head up slightly and sniffed the air they were still undected but it wouldnt last long. He had cleaned his hands in the water earlier and gently grabbed her wrist, he walked quickly, making sure she didnt trip as he went deeper into the cover of the trees. "Your different...then the other vampires. You will meet the coyote." He said, his voice turning to whispers in some parts, from not talking in so long and from trying to keep his voice low in genreal.

"The...coyote?" Shay saked, blinking her blue eyes, her voice confused.

Fen nodded "I know it sounds weird, but the coyote is a certain friend of mind...that can help me see if you can help the werewolves get free again...and hopefully stop a war that will happen and shed blood on both sides of our race." He let go of her wrist and drew his sword, he held it above his head and then sunk in deep into the ground. He closed his eyes and was silent for a minute before he pulled his sword from the ground and slid it back into it's holder at his side.

Shay watched him do this, her blue eyes watching the sword swing in a glittering arc down towards the ground. She didn't question what he had done it for, juststood still and silent as she watched him.

A coyote came out into the clearing, Fen bent down so he was eye level with it, after a minute he came over to Shay. "Let him smell your arm Shay." Fen said as the coyote still stood infront of Shay.

Shay held out her pale arm warily, keeping her icy blue eyes on the coyote.

The coyote sniffed her arm, and licked her wrist once before turning back to Fen, touching his hand with his nose and the turning to run off into the undergrowth. Fen turned to her. "You cane be trusted by the forest animals..." he acted as if nothing had happened, "well were can we go were they wont look for us?"

Shay thought for a moment, pondering over the question. "Deeper into the forest would work," she said slowly. "I've seen maps, and it goes on for quite a while. No vampires ever come in here, for reasons I am not sure of, so we wouldn't be discovered," she added, continuing in the slow voice as she thought over it.

Fen nodded but his grip on his sword at his side didnt relax, neither did his stiff posture as he nodded at Shay, he pushed a peice of shaggy brown hair out of his face and started walking deeper into the forest. It was quiet for a moment "Tell me about yourself....if your ok with that." He said as he walked.

"I am perfectly fine with it," Shay said, her raven hair blowing back slightly as she walked, the breeze catching it and tossing it, her pale skin and tossing hair making her look ghostly. "What do you want to know?"

Fen shrugged and thought "You being young...and how you got involved with the werewolves...and really why you saved only me."

Shay felt like blushing as he said the last one, but her cheeks stayed pale, hiding her slight embarrassment. "I only saved you because, well-" she broke off, unsure of what to say. "Because you were the one who caught my eye, the one who made me want to save you." she said, her ice blue eyes focused on the ground.
