Tolla knocked against the door again "Hello!? Im Tolla Griffin! Your new neighbor!" She called to the people inside, woundering if they would actually answer the door.

Mel sighed with content as she placed another small wooden statue on her dresser. She was about the open another box when there was a knock at the door. Mel stood and pondered for a second why the visitor hadn't used the doorbell. She shook her head, thinking that she must be hearing things, when somebody knocked again, this time yelling at the door. Mel raced out of her room and was at the door in a matter of seconds, swinging the elegant white wooded door with grace. She looked out at the red-headed human, not quite smiling but not frowning either. "Yes?" she asked in a high-pitched voice.

Rose stretched out on the soft grass, closing her eyes from the sharp sunlight. There were many reasons Rose preferred the night. She rolled over on her stomach so she wasn't looking directly at the sky, and closed her eyes.

Travis stared in wonder as a black wolf came and laid by the flowers. Tentively, as not to scare the dog away, he placed his sketchbook on a rock beside him and grabbed at the camera hanging around his neck. He quickly took a few shots, thinking that the wolf would run as soon as he snapped the first one, but she just looked at him. He snatched his sketchbook back up and began penciling in this wolf next to the flowers.

Amaya watched a fiery colored leaf flutter from a tall and gnarled tree to her right, missing her face by an inch or so. Her blue eyes regarded it as it landed on the ground that was already littered with leaves of varying hues, all of them being fiery or earthy shades. She leaned against a cool and rough tree trunk, the branches reaching high overhead, out of reach. She looked around for a tree with low handholds, and soon picked one out. She walkde tward it, and swarmed up it, soon resting in a fork near the top, hidden by a few clinging leaves.

Tolla smiled "Hello, as i said before I'm Tolla Griffin, your new neighbor." She handed her the small bag. "I brought them for a house warming gift." She paused for a secound "So welcome to our little town here! Well I'll let you and your family get settled in, you can come see me or anyone else in our family if you need any help. See you around." She smiled and waved as she turned and walked back to her house.

Nisha lay there, suprised that he actually thought that she was good enough to take some pictures and scetch. She froze making sure that she didnt mess up his drawing, the only movement from her was that she blinket a couple of times and her ear flicked from a passing bee. She loved being around Travis, even if he didnt know who she was or that she was even around at all. As she lay there she thought about what she was going to do after he stopped scetching.

Melody watched the human, Tolla, walk away again. "I've never heard a human talk so fast," she muttered to herself before closing the door. She would have normally said thank you or something to a welcome like that, but that Tolla was here and there before Mel could think of something to say. She sniffed at the bag as she walked into the kitchen and made a face at it when she smelt the chocolate from inside. "I'm sure this'll get a lot of use," she mumbled sarcastically to herself before tossing it on to one of the empty counters. They'd figure some way to get rid of the bag and it's contents.

Rose began to fall into a semi-sleep when the rustling of the wind in a pile of fall leaves woke her up again. She slowly got up off the ground again and headed through the trees again. She took of the jacket she had put on out of habit and left it hanging on the nook of a tree. She'd retrieve it on her way back.

Travis was amazed that the wolf stayed so still. He expected her to leave just as he was starting the sketch, but she stayed laying there long enough for him to get the basic out-line and the face done. But then he decided that he could finished the rest with the photographs he had taken, and set the notebook and pencil down. He slid the camera off of his neck and laid it next to the rock her had been sitting on as he slowly got up and stayed in a low crouch as not to scare away the wolf. He took a few steps forward, then stopped, holding out his hand towards the wolf. "Come here, girl," he said in a soft, low voice, making a few calling noises with his lips. He highly doubted that the wolf would actually come any closer to him, let alone let him touch her, but it was worth a shot.

Amaya brushed the leaes aside, her range of vision becoming larger as she did so. The fluttered to teh ground after the others that littered the forest floor at her light touch. To her left she could see her house, and distantly another one too. She also saw a wolf that lay sprawled out on the ground, a boy sitting nearby with a camera and a slab of white she couldn't recognize at the moment. Maybe it wasn't a wolf, maybe it was a dog. Or maybe they were both werewolves. She didn't know and didn't care to much at all. SHe was more of a solitary person.

Tolla sat on her bed with a thud and decided that there was nothing much else to do but take a nap. She closed her eyes and welcomed sleep.

Nisha stood up and shook herself, her fluffy coat puffed out a little bit. She lowered her head and her ears folded back a little bit, her tail wagging slightly she slowly walked over to him, as if he was the one who could disapear at any moment. She went as close as she dared, afraid that this was going to freak him out and send him running. She stood about four inches away from his hand, so if he wanted to he could pet her. Again she looked into his eyes with her gold ones."

Mel started up the stairs to her room again, but took a different turn and headed for Zane and Shay's room. She was dying not socailizing with someone for so long. She tapped on their door with her knuckles and crossed her arms as she leaned her back on it, waiting for a response.

As Rose walked through the trees, she slowly discarded her clothers and eventaully shifted into her wolf form. She shook out her bright red fur and trotted through the leaves. Her ears pricked up as she heard a male voice from somewhere at the edge of their property. Her ears were pinned to her head as she padded toward the voice.

Travis assumed that the wolf's slow movements were out of fear, but his hazel eyes widened as she came much closer than he had allowe himself to hope for. He gulped, suddenly wary. He had already pushed his luck too far. Could he really risk scaring the canine but trying to reach out to her? Rather it was the smart thing to do or, most likely, not, Travis strecthed out his arm until his hand came to rest on the scruff of black fur beside the wolf's chin. His arm was completely still and ready to pull back if the wolf turned on him.

Nisha very slowly let the side of her muzzle press against his forarm, she pressed her shoulder gently against his hand. Her tounge gently licked his forarm as she closed her eyes and let his scent fill her nose. She whished he knew what she was but she couldn't, for now she was just happy with his hand in her fur, the taste of his skin on her tounge, and his scent in her nose.

Amaya watched the werewolf press against the human(possibly another werewolf's) arm. A small smirk slid across her face, then disappeared a she realized her chest felt hollow. She was always in the shadows...and watching the exchange, she realized she was lonely. Never once in her life she had felt this way...bbut now, things were different. A sad pang echoed through her, and she tore her gaze away from the painful scene.

Travis jumped a little when the wolf's tongue touched his arm, but than he settled into silent wonder. There had to be something seriously wrong with this wolf for her to just come up to him like this, but, truthfully, he didn't mind all that much. He was starting to feel less and less frightened at the situation and strangly relaxed. Like there wasn't a carnivous dog licking his arm. For some reason, Travis felt perfectly comfortable. Like he was meeting someone for the first time and was trying to figure out what they'd be like when they were better friends. It was almost like the wolf wasn't a wolf. LIke she was... human? No. Travis shook that thought from his head. That was just crazy talk.

Rose paused as Nisha's scent filled her nose. She tried to ignore it at first, but soon realized that she wasn't just following the voice, but also Nisha's trail. Rose was filled with sudden suspicion and raced after Nisha, the sound of her paws running though piles of leaves gorwing louder as she came closer.

"Just come to see the room," Mel said brightly as she walked right in to Zane and Shay's room. She sat down cross-legged on Shay's bed. "What's up, Zane?" Mel asked with a smile.

Another wolf raced into the scene that layed before Amaya's now sad and distant blue eyes. A loc of hair fell across her pale face as she turned her head away, a deep hollowness settled in her chest, along with a pang of sadness that wouldn't leave. She always tried to reach out, have osme friends atleast. All she had were a few people who might've greeted her once or twice. She slid down the tree, the roiugh bark grazing her hands as she slid downwards. She landed lightlt on ther ground, pressing her face against the cold and rough bark that seemed to help make her feel solid somehow.

Amaya trudged back to the new house, soon reaching it. She looked dejected as she walked inside, closing the door harder then necessary behind her. She headed upstairs, her feet almost dragging as she walked up. She reached the top, trying to hide her lonliness as she started to head towards her room.
