Riley stood there silently, no sure what to say. She didn't even sound all that sad when Katie said her father died. It was awkward, she didn't know hwat to do exactly.

"Wait, so they're going to try and kill you?" she asked, horror showing on her face. A cold chill creeped down her spine. You hear of people getting killed on the news, but it's much more horrible when your talking to someone that might be dead by tomorrow. It seemed so much more real.

Riley's eyes widened as she fully realized she might be talking to a soon-to-be corpse. It was a fairly creepy thought, and spirits/ghosts floating around weren't helping

riley watched her spin, and was suddenly entranced too, seeing the look of happiness and peace on Katie's face. She began wlaking slowly, running her hands through spirits, her face with an expression of awe on it.
