Eevee growled as he turned around. Smirking he shot a shadow ball behind his new friend, using the smoke that came with it's impact on the ground, Eevee got behind Miki and Quick Attacked her straight into the now calm river. " Look at the bright side, your got the Quick Attack down pat, and you get to wash up!" he said happily. And just so she couldn't attack him, he dived into the river. Eevee floated on his back and began to swim. " Lets relax for now, I don't want to over work you on your first day as a pokemon." he said smirking.

Miki looked kinda hurt. "You're mean." she said, turning around in a huff. "I mean I didn't actuelly attack you, I just wanted to scare you for a little payback, and I don't know how to take a hit yet, you could've hurt me." she said, she was actuelly showing pain in her left arm, it had been hurt in Eevee's Quick Attack because she didn't know how to battle properly yet and landed wrong.

Eevee rolled his eyes and sighed. " I know I'm kinda mean, I've been told that before. Anyway, I'm sorry, I was taught by my mentor with tough love and it must have stuck. Not to mention I didn't mean to hit hard, much less hurt you." he said. Eevee swam over to her, and in a few quick moments he had her on land. Eevee shook himself off. " Come on, I'll treat your arm back at the cabin." He said, one of his ear pointing backwards.

Miki nodded. "Ok...I accept your apology, just try to remember, I'm not used to being a Pokemon, anything that comes natural to you, don't to me." she said. "And second, is that I'm a girl, you're a guy, things you're used to might be more dangerious for a female, females normally have a lighter bonestructure, at least at this stage, than males, so I'm a bit more frail than you until I build up muscle."

Eevee's ears perked up and he raised an eyebrow. He laughed slightly. ": Well don't you have grade A confidence in your gender. But I'll keep that in mind Miki." he said as he walked beside her heading back towards his cabin.

"To be honest, I'm not very confedent in a lot of things." said Miki with a sigh. "I don't have enough knowledge to be a Pokemon yet and I can't remember being human, and I'm a human in the body of a Pokemon. At this point I'm not even confedent I know what I am." she said, not liking that admitence but it was the honest truth.

Eevee gave her a look of sorrow. " Well, when your not sure abut something, the best thing to do is to learn about it. And you will learn in time, not everything can be answered in minutes Miki." he told her as he opened the cabin door. Leading her to his table, he sat her down and left. He came back with some supplies, and began to treat her wound. " But right now I know what you are. You are my friend, and one way or another we're going to find out why this happened when the time comes." he said firmly.

Miki nodded. "Yeah...sorry for snapping at you back there, its just I was so stressed out." she said. "The roaring river, strandling the tree, everything with losing my memory and getting turned into a pokemon, it stressed me out. I know you didn't mean to hurt me on perpose." she said. "But when it did happen, it set me off I guess." she said, now feeling ashamed.

" It's no problem." Eevee shrugged. " You had every right to freak out." H added. Eevee, now finished with treating her wound, left the table. He went over to his fridge and pulled out some berry juice. He came back to the table and sat down with her, pouring them both a glass of the juice. " Here." Eevee said as he gave her a glass.

Miki nodded and drank the juice, happy to have cleared things up. "Question, you said something about Rescue Teams, what's a Rescue Team?" she asked, curious. "I have some idea but I'm not entirely sure what it means."

" Well," Eevee began. " Rescue Teams, are a pair or group of pokemon who work to help any and every pokemon in need. Right now the only Rescue Team around here is Team Night, and their as nasty and selfish as it gets." he told her taking a sip of his own juice.

Miki nodded. "Wow, I hope we don't meet them." she said, nodding. "They seem mean, selfish people, I don't like that." she said. "IF I were in a Rescue Team, I'd do it to help others, not for fame and fortune." she said. "I just like to help people."

A sly grin crossed Eevee's face. " Well then, we could always start our own Rescue Team. In a few days you could be strong enough to help others, and together we could be the best Rescue Team there ever was." he said with his sly smile. Eevee finished his juice. " What do you say? Partners?" he asked handing her his paw to shake.

Miki looked at the paw, thinking about it carefully. IF she did it, she'd be helping people and maybe figure out who she really is. That and maybe teach those greedy guys a lesson. "Ok, partners." she said, shaking his paw. "Lets do it." she said. "And have fun doing it."

Eevee smiled and plopped down in his chair. " Very good then! First things first, we need a team name before we actually registrar as a real Rescue Team." he said as he began to ponder names.
