Teal soon woke up on the soft bed. Her joints creaked as she stood up and stretched. Dew stuck to her fur and a cold mist swirled around her. A yellow and orange gleam in the sky announced the sun's rise from slumber. Melted snow was lying motionless on the ground, it looked like it had finally given into the fact it was getting warmer and warmer each day.

Teal sighed and still lie with Rudy, she then lifted her head and sniffed the food bowl. She had noticed Rudy eating last night but now it was filled up full again. The Irish Wolfhound looked around and saw various other dogs in kennels like Rudy and her's.
