'No, no, no you don't understand, they are' she paused, and leaned closer to Glaedr, 'they are...' A loud snap behind her made her jump and squeal. 'They are here, oh my they are here!'
'What are here?' Huntress snapped, giving Glaedr and Aurora a funny look. 'Well done Glaedr, you picked up a loony, now where were you headed.'
Aurora scowled, 'Im not a loony, I am trying to warn him, but if you both want to die then fine by me, I won't tell' she said, holding her head high and trying not to look too scared.

Glaedr growled on purpose and showed his fangs as he talked, just to make Aurora scared. "Hmph, it`ll take more than a pack of wolves to bring me down, I`ve killed many in cold blood." Lied Glaedr, using his most coldest and scariest voice. He enjoyed scaring others.

Aurora gulped at the sight of Glaedr's teeth, but leaned in closer to him again. 'I would tell you why you can't beat them' she whispered in a hiss, 'but you and your friend seem to want to try and beat them without help, even though they will kill you before you could open your mouth to scream.' She withdrew her head, and smiled in an eerie way at Glaedr, and then added 'but I will tag along with both of you just to watch you die.'
Huntress watched the two talking. 'Yup, definitely a loony, she goes well with you Glaedr, you both are crazy' she sneered, whipping her tail. 'Don't think I have forgotten how rude you were to me, maybe the loony is right and you will die, I will kill you myself' she hissed angrily.

"Goes well with me? Pfft, I should`ve just let those humans kill you with their pointy sticks." Growled Glaedr. His tail swayed back and forth. "Besides, you wouldn`t be able to kill me." Growled Glaedr.

Huntress snarled. 'Oh, and what makes you think that' she growled, her voice low and dripping with venom. She took a few steps towards him, and said in a slightly quieter voice 'shall I tell you a secret, shall I tell you what really happened to the alpha's son and his friends all those years ago, when they supposedly got killed by wolves'.

Huntress nodded. 'It was so easy, just a quick cut across the throat and they were dead, of course they tried to run first, so I caught them, pinned them down, and killed them' she said, a smile creeping across her face. 'I only did it because of all the insults they had thrown at me, saying girls could never be as good as boys, well I showed them, and I will show you too if you don't start to show me some respect.'

'In what way am I not showing you respect, I am not the one to question orders, I am the leader of the expedition and you wanted to tag along, that is the way it works' Huntress said, feeling herself get angrier and angrier. She shook her head a bit to clear her thoughts, they seemed to be clouded by red fog and blood.

"As you may recall, I have a father, who is dying, he has but only one week left to live! So I`m not gonna stand around arguing with you!" Snapped Glaedr as he flew off in the direction of the snowy lands, exiting west out of the mountain.

Huntress didn't snarl, she knew he had a father dying, and he at least had that, she had no one, her father had been banished for murdering her mother, and she had no siblings as they had all been murdered too. She felt a welling sadness, but like all emotions apart from anger and hate, she forced it back down inside herself, and it hurt her badly. 'I prefer to walk' she muttered bitterly, and headed in the same direction, hearing the tap of Aurora's feet behind her.

Glaedr sighed, maybe he had gone a little over-board with the shouting. He landed and sat in the snow and chucked snowballs at a tree to try and get rid of his anger.

Huntress trudged through the ever thickening snow, slowly burying her emotions and re covering her heart in the same ice around her feet. All other will do is hurt me, that is all they have ever done she thought, thinking for the first time about her parents.

She had been relaxing with her brother and sisters in the spring grass, her mum was nearby and she felt safe. There was movement in the woods, a shape she recognized well, it was her father. Her brother stood up happily to greet him, but something seemed...wrong. Her father raised one large paw and swiped at him, breaking his neck quickly. Her mother rose in surprise and anger, and there was a lot of shouting. Her father pushed her mother, and she stumbled and fell, and he started to chase her sisters around, killing three quickly, but the third was clinging to her mum. In his attempt to kill her, her mum stood up and they started to fight. Her mum never stood a chance, she was killed, and so was her sister, and by this time the rest of the pack had come and rescued Huntress. Her family had been killed in front of her, something that is not healthy for any young dragon, and she began to harbour thoughts of revenge in her mind.

Something wet fell into the snow in front of her, and Huntress realised she was crying. With one wipe of her paw, she got rid of the tears and hit herself mentally, pushing her pain and sorrow further down into herself.

"If only they knew what happened, they wouldn`t be so mean, and I wouldn`t be mean either." Muttered Glaedr. He remembered when his mother was dying, he was at her side, praying that she would be ok. She held his paw in hers and said her last goodbye before she died.

'It's ok to be upset about something' Aurora said, after watching how Huntress was behaving. She sped up a bit to catch up with her, looking at her gently with soft golden eyes.
Huntress growled. 'I'm not upset about anything, so leave me alone you looney' she snapped, pushing Aurora away, but she still heard her following her, and sighed. Am I ever going to get rid of her she thought. As she turned the corner she saw Glaedr, and sighed again, but in frustration. 'I thought you had gone to get the plant' she growled.
