Name:Sam originally Odo
Age: 5 for now that will probably be around the only age I’ll draw him in
Gender: Male
Breed: husky mixed with a miniscule amount of Irish setter

Personality: He is a family man and puts that first before anything. He is very proud of all of his children and puts that before anything. Doesn’t like to be crossed and is very focused on what he wants. He doesn’t really show his softer emotions it’s not like he trying to be mean he just isn’t very comfortable with it. One of his quotes are “Do not waste a life for yours may be wasted just as poorly.” He isn’t used to getting attention and is usually forgotten when the team gets fed. Sam was a natural born leader but his brother Edge was quicker to act so Edge was the lead dog on the team while Sam was the swing dog.

History: He was born in a small boat with his siblings. Sam was the second born after Edge, his large brother who has a black snipe on his forehead. After Sam came Dirac, she had the colors of a powerful storm vicious yet beautiful. Bene and Sister came out minutes apart and they looked a lot alike in appearance. Sam's mother's master found the pups and when they reached eight weeks put them for sale. A short chubby man with a pencil thin mustache bought them all. He didn't want their great bloodline to go to waste. Sam's name was changed from Odo to Sam but the man liked his siblings names so he kept them. Sam and his siblings were trained to be sled dogs. Harry (the man) built up a team. Edge of course being the lead dog. Odo was placed right behind them as a swing dog. Next to Odo was Blue Bell a pretty little red and black husky with blue eyes that twinkled like a glacier. Behind them were the team dogs Bene and Sister were across from eachother. Harry also aquired 2 more swing dogs that didn't talk much more than a whisper. Finally Dirac was a wheeler with a great dane who had a slight bit german shepherd in him. He was big and he was called Hoss.

Future:

Why I would like to re-home this character: I decided to make Harvey Jenna’s brother and I wanted Jenna to have a lot of siblings so I am creating them and Sam’s sibs. Another reason I like him is because he fits in well with the family genetics I have made.

Well I know I am horrible at sending in fics >< Because I have the intention span of a gerbil, not that I will never finish them it is just that I work on like 6 fics at the same time. So here is another fic sample. Sam is currently 5 during this.

He woke up on the frozen ground with a chill that kept nagging at his side. Sam groaned and opened his eyes slightly getting a small glimpse at a face so familiar that he didn’t even notice a change in her at first. He yawned and stretched his legs. Sam relaxed a little and looked forward with a small crooked grin on his face until his eyes met hers. Sam choked, her eyes were glazed over. All the love he saw in them was gone. She was gone. His eyes filled with salty tears. Sam’s body shook violently as he let all his pain and despair rush from his body like a waterfall.

Sam laid there for three days wallowing in his despair. “Your pathetic.” He heard a rough voice come from behind him. Sam bristled. Sam tried to growl but it came out rather raspy from his crying. “Don’t push me dog. I would gladly end your life… if not for my sister begging me not to.” Sam turned to face his unwanted company. Sam knew as soon as he saw him that he would not want to get on this wolf’s bad side. He was a lot larger and looked a few moons older, but yet Sam felt this warmth flow through his veins at the sight of him and he felt safe around him. The wolf saw what he thought was a blush come upon the dogs face. He stalked closer to Red or so he had come to call him in his mind. “You’re freezing. You have been out here for about 5 days. You probably won’t make it the night and you won’t make it back to my… our pack’s rendezvous.” The light grey wolf came even closer and lay next to the red dog. “So… our pack?” Sam pondered. “Yes. My sister Aniu says that we could use a dog that can survive a moose charge. Seems like all the dogs in your bloodline can… except for your slender mate.” The wolf assured. Sam gritted his teeth that would always be a sore subject that he never wanted to bring up again.

They laid there in silence for ten minutes just taking in each other’s heat. “So, what is your name?” Sam finally asked. “Silver,” he replied bluntly. “And you Red what is yours?” Sam snorted at the nickname. “Sam.” He said trying to mimic Silver’s bluntness. “Not your pet name you real name.” Silver said snarling out the word pet. “My mom named me Odo. I was the only one that got a name change, my siblings got to keep theirs.”

The Sun finally set on the sixth day.

Personality: I will keep part of her personality the same as what you wrote:"Calm, serene, sensible. Cora is quiet above all else, but is extreemly intelligent. She prefers to show her emotions with physical gestures, tail wagging, pawing, ect. rather than speaking. Cora is a caring soul and a good listener. Naturally she is compassionate, and adores babies."
I added in: She can be timid when it comes to trying new things. She offers advice to anyone who needs it and despises people who gossip. She is very patient, especially with baby animals. It is hard to make her mad, but don't bring up Casey whatever you do..D8
Her friends tease her gently and call her a "smarty pants" or "the Brain", cuz she is very intelligent (as was stated before)

History: She was the quietest and sweetest of the litter. Cora was adopted by a businessman who lived in the city (quite different from the country.)He already had another dog named Casey. When Cora met Casey, she was very shy around him, he kept complimenting her and making her feel like a princess. Cora began to kind of get a crush on him. One night, Casey told her that she should learn to be a "real city girl." He took her out to party the night away and cause trouble. Cora was a little hesitant about this, after all, it wasn't in her nature and her conscience was bugging her not to do it. but she loved Casey and didn't want to lose him. She went out with him and then found herself pregnant the next morning. Cora told Casey she was pregnant and Casey high-tailed it to the next county, Cora was left all alone and heart-broken. Casey came back the next day and told her, that he had gotten "cold feet," when in reality, he was out flirting with other females (yes, Casey is a womanizer D:) Cora wasn't sure whether to believe him or not. Something told her not too, but she didn't show it.
Several months later Casey's owner decided to move to Australia for the summer. He took Casey
Future: After her owner moves away, he sells her and her pups to a humble rancher in the country. She meets Lassie, and they become best friends. Across from their farm is another ranch where Jackson and Shep live. Shep and Jackson are both in love with lassie, but she chooses Jackson. Shep is heart-broken until he meets Cora. Cora doesn't know what to think when she first meets him. After her bad memories with Casey, she came to the conclusion that all men were insensitive, but Shep is different... Cora's feelings for him are mixed, but soon she realizes that he truely loves her, even if she already had pups from another guy,

Why I would like to re-home this character: Because she is so beautiful ^^ I want to draw her A LOT ( I can't render xD) She would be a main character in Casey's fan-fic and in Lassie's and Shep's too! =) And of course she would have a fic of her own@ want me to include a sample?
