Syanne winced as pain studded through her slender frame. Her vision was clearing slowly as she felt her paws hit against a cold rush. She halted and looked down 'A river?' she said to herself then looked back to the others, before letting a sharp bark from her vocals "There is fresh water over here!" she wagged her tail as she hunkered down to take various laps then watched the fewer wolves nearing her. Her eyes searched for her brother as they small group was now about 2 miles east from the flames. A gentle yet tight breeze ran through her spine, in the direction they were coming from. She walked past the oncoming wolves, her eyes searching wildly for her brother. She let a relived sigh escape her maw before looking down at Raven and gently pawed at his shoulder, hoping he would wake up.

Marock was farther back from the rest of the group.He was besides the first downed male, Raven. His cold nose prodded against the white male's thick neck "comon kid.. get up" He growled softly before sinking his fangs into the brute's scruff and lowered his weight, before jerking the male forward as he glanced back before he kept dragging the male. He let a slow mumble of curses erode from his throat and through his clenched fangs. His tail wavered as he was soon greeted by his sister and smiled before frowning again. He gently nudged Raven's snout into the stream, hoping to wake him up. His eyes soon followed to were the rest of the group was before he sat down, small pant assisted his breathing. He looked to the mainly white wolves before glancing to see Faro slam right into a thick tree trunk and almost laughed. His nose wrinkled as he sighed mumbling another set of words from his lips.

Its been exactly one week since Nyx left her families pack. She couldnt take it any longer. Her and her parents never got along, and since she was the oldest- she got the shorter end of the stick when it came between her and her siblings and being spoiled. So, Nyx did what she wanted to ever since she was little- she left.

Nyx came into the wild not knowing how she's survive or better yet, if she would survive at all. She knew it would difficult at first since she never learned anything about hunting. But like most wolves at her age, instinct kicked in and for the first few days she survived on various rabbits and squirrls of all sorts. The black female trudged on, her orange orbs piercing everything she came across. It wasnt long before she caught a whiff of smoke that stung her nose and caused her to choke. Although the smoke was faint and had died out a while ago, the strong smell still lingered in the air. Curiously and Cautiously she moved foward, her lean legs carrying her farther from her home and closer to where the other wolves resided.

At that moment strange wolfish scents lingered with the smoke. Nyxiern paused instantly become hesitant to see what lurks ahead. She could either run into mean wolves who would kill her off for being a stray, or nice wolves who will welcome her with open paws. It was a win lose situation. Reluctantly she moved foward, hoping to get a peak of the wolves and then make a run for it. This was Nyx's first plan only when she saw the water she immediately ran foward taking large laps. Nyx was thirsty and it wasnt often that you'd find a river bed in a place like this. When you eventually did find one, you were lucky. Nyx couldnt let a opportunity like that go. When she finished she lifted her head only to see wolves infront of her on the otherside of the riverbed.

Nyx gave them a glance over. They all looked beaten down from the fire. Their fur carried a smoke-like scent. She wondered what they were to think once they noticed her. Fortunately, if they didnt accept her, they all looked to weak to chase after her if she was to run. This gave Nyx a slight ease. "...Hello." She said softly, curiously, cautiously.
