"Yeah, guys, you really shouldn't," Luna said in a mocking tone. "If the weakling can't learn to accept life as it is, she doesn't disserve compassion."

"According to you," Cassie shot back. "I;m sorry that your own little world isn't reality."

"My own little world?!" Luna asked. "What about hers, and yours? Your happy and perfect and peaceful world? I hate to tell you, but that ain't reality."

"It's a hope, not a imaginary world," Cassie defended.

"And the difference is?" Luna asked with a taunting raised brow.

"Just ignore them," Garret whispered to Shay. "You know how they can get."

"If you can't see the difference, you're more short-sighted than I though," Cassie said.

"And you're more of a hopeless dream than I though," Luna spat.

Garret smiled at her and chuckled at the fight Cassie and Luna were having. "Funny. You're brother is actually staying out of this one. Thats a first."

Cassie groaned at Luna, turned in a circle, and laid down in a huff.

Luna stuck her tongue out at Cassie, turned her back, and sat down with her nose in the air.

Garret chuckled at Zane and how well Cassie knew her brother. "You two are really close, huh?" he said.

"You know you can always talk to me too," Garret said quickly. He wanted to be able to be there for Shay as much as he could. "You do know that, right?"

Garret smiled proudly. "Yeah, I know," he said. "And you're a pretty good friend yourself."

Luna chuckled at Zane's discomfort and walked over and laid down near his cage to taunt him. "Now, Zane, you ain't gonna loose you're temper, are you? Even though he's totally inot you're sister... but you're the big brother so you're gonna let it go. Right, Zane?"

"Anytime," Garret said, smiling back.

Luna giggled and turned over onto her back. "Ah, you wouldn't hurt me, Zane baby," she taunted.

Luna backed up a few steps when Zane slammed agaisnt the bars, then looked around widely as Shay yelled at her. "It was his own da*m fault," she muttered, though she felt slightly guilty.

Garret got up and tried to move with Shay, but his own bars only allowed him to see Zane's black form on the ground. "He should be okay by tomorrow," he said, trying to calm Shay down with talk since he could not reach her.

"Of course you're not," Garret called to Shay. He growled at Luna. "See what you've done."

"I have done nothing wrong here," Luna said. "Maybe Zane should learn to control that anger of his."

"Maybe you have to learn to keep that mouth of your shut!" Cassie shouted at Luna.

Luna was speachless at Cassie's outburst. Cass almost never spoke, especailly not to yell.
