Josh quickly rolled over, nearly colliding into Choker, and skidded to a stop on his feet. "Again," he retorted, "that's none of your business. "Now get lost before I get my buddies down here! And trust me, you do not want to mess with my friends...and they would like the fact that you were messing with us either." He then let out a slight smirk, waiting to hear just the right reaction form this so-called freak...

Josh sighed in slight relief. But still... He then turned back to her, concern in his eyes once again. "You need any help?" he asked, trying to be as gentle as possible. "I have a bunch of friends at the club that might be able to help you with that leg of yours..."

Josh sort of laughed to himself, but he thought of it more as a surprise. "Oh, you'll see," he said as he came up to her side to support her. "It's a very nice, blusey, jazzy kind of club. I have a gig there tonight, so...yeah." He the sighed as he smild back at her, slowing walking along and being more aware of the humans that might be around them.

He never treated her like dirt and trash. He was an honest dog...and he wanted his life to be that way for the rest of his career on the streets.

Shadow brought himself back to his senses "okay,Street dog now a I?" he turned round at a snide voice behind "Tsk, dogs are hopeless" the caat slunk past him as he glared after it,he walked round for a bit before spotting josh and choker "hey guys" he barked,he started to run up to them and ran full pelt into a small child knocking them over, "look um, doyou know where to get some food? Im starving" he then shivered as a cold wind passed through his thin coat.

"Hey look, I dint mean to upset you,I were just asking" shadow said hurriedly "I mean i aint bin round 'ere long" his accent was becoming more pronounced under the situation "I wern' meanin' ta upset ya' hones'" he backed off a couple of steps earning him a well aimed kick from the young childs big brother.

Josh nearly gasped at the sight. Oh man! Here we go again. He then sighed and just shook his head, leaping up to try and put himself between Choker and the human. "Choker, control yourself," he shouted voer the snarling. "Just get yourself out of here before you're caught!" He then heard Shadow's alarm and nearly fell over just at the sound of it. "Come...on!!" he shouted, giving another try. "We have to go, Choker. Now!"
