Ayita raced forward, leaving big wet spots in the dirt where her tears hit the ground. The smell of fresh meat wafted into her nostrils and calmed her. She slowed her pace, following the scent. It led to a freshly killed deer. Ayita went to tear a piece off, and Andrek's head popped up on the other side. She yelped. "Sorry! You scared me!" She smiled. "Do NOT go back to camp." She added sternly, another tear sliding down her face.

"Ayita! Wait!" Aro barked. He still couldn't believe what had happened in camp. Finally he caught up to her, only to see her crying to Andrek.

Alec saw Leah, another loner, push her way into the crowd of wolves, not hesitating for the shortest second. He followed her example, pausing at the edge of the group.

"So, Xavier." Leah started. "What ARE you doing? as the little wolf said it the best." She said, mentioning Ayita. "She seemed pretty upset." Leah nodded towards the forest where Ayita had run off. "Why don't you go make sure she's alright? I mean, that's what Alphas are supposed to do right?" She smirked.

Xavier turned his attention to Leah. "Well, I was trying to help this dog" Xavier said glaring at Leah. "I don't even know why Ayita ran off like that" Xavier said looking in the direction that Ayita ran to. Xavier sighed heavily when Leah told him he should go find her. "Alright" Xavier replied. He gave on last glance to Tibby and then ran off into the woods looking for Ayita.

Kar felt sorry for the dog, he trotted up to her. "Man, I never seen a dog that could last this many days on wolf teritory. Your lucky Xavier was nice enough not to kill you" Kar said. "Anyway, my names Kar. you said your name was Tibby right?" Kar asked.

Tibby had nodded her head to each of the pups. Smiling very softly, she loved pups. When Leah had stormed up Tibby had fleed away from the agressive female. Tibby lifted one of her snow white paws as she stood. Her black ears hugged against her skull and would not fold up. She did turn her head to Kar though, "Yeah..Tibby." She muttered.

"Please... Don't... For the sake of yourself, don't go back to camp!" Tears streaked down Ayita's cheeks as she choked out the words to Andrek.

Kira just smiled again and turned to the pups. "You may run off and play, now," she said fairly gently. "Just be back in time for breakfast, alright?"

The pups were all waging their tails excitedly. "We will!" they replied in unison, all of them immediately racing out of the camp and into the nearby fields.

Kira then sighed and watched them go before hearing a slight chuckle behind her. She nearly jumped, but she relaxed as she saw that it was her own mate, Logan. She smiled back at him as he trotted up to meet the newcomer. "Well, well, well," he said. "Good morning, beautiful." He turned to Tibby with a calm expression on his face. "Who's this? A newcomer?"

Tibby's pretty icy blue eyes watched as each of the pups ran off. She quivered for a momment at the male who came to the two females. She soon smiled though, seeing the affection passed between the two. She wagged her tail softly and nodded her head at asking if she was a new comer. "Tibby." She chipped in a small voice.

Logan smiled and nodded in greeting. "Pleasure to meet you, young one," he replied with another kind smile. "My name's Logan. I suppose you've already met Kira and our adorable pups..." He then looked on at Kira with very soft eyes as Kira turned to him with the same look. Kira smiled even more before turning back to Tibby. "You shall be made welcome on our account," she said. "We'll make sure of that."
