Sawyer peeked through is fingers at the Pokédex handed out at him. He too a quick glance at it, then buried his face in his hands again, shaking his head with a moan. "I've never seen a Lugia before in my life," he said. He found it hard to believe it, too. He'd only seen pictures of it in books, and it was highly unlikely one would come out all the way to a trainer-filled city for anything. He didn't want to spend all his time moping to himself, so at last, he sat up and took another look at the Pokédex. "What do you suppose it means?"

-----------------------

Aniubis's eyes flashed at Raven when she playfully nudged him. But at her serious shift in tone, he simply had to shake his head at her. He silently scolded himself at being so surprised at some of her actions. Sometimes, Raven could be so... predictable.

<I doubt it,> he said, folding his arms across the spike on his chest. <Not even Darkrai is strong enough to take on whatever he plans to do in one fall swoop. Chances are, he'll be watching us and probing us for weak points first -- and that means going after those you're intimate with.> He sighed, thinking that it still wasn't too late to tell Raven to shove off. But a) it really WAS too late, and b) he doubted she would. He narrowed his eyes and twitched his tail. <Well since you're here, I might as well fill you in.> Uncrossing his arms, he walked over to the building's sheer edge and glanced back at Raven, his mouth upturned in a challenging smirk. <Try to keep up, if you can.> He jumped down and began sprinting down through the narrow alley ways.

It took a good few minutes before Lou was able to regain conciousness. Whenever he come to his senses, he wasted no time in getting himself out of there. With one wail of his soul-soothing song, the young Lugia darted into the horizon, on his journey back home.

The town had gone quiet once more, although it was still anything but ordinary. Hidden from people at plain sight, a Latios and Latias swooped into the crowds of humans and their Pokemon. They had the ability to beomce invisible to the naked eye, so they wree able to freely wonder through the tiny town. It wasn't until the Latias grew curious and quickly transformed her appearance to one that looked like any ordinary person. She took the form of a young girl, probably about a 14-year-old, with brown hair and blue eyes. She bore a camo shirt with baggy kaki pants with large pockets on the legs. The only accessroy was a dog-tag necklace that slung loosely around her neck while her hair was pulled back into a pony-tail. Latias knew the transformation was a success, but just to make it seem see was human to the many others that saw her come out of a dark alley, she came up to a window and and played with her hair.

Little did she know that the window she peered through belonged to the Pokemon Center. Latias was oblivious as to what the building was for, or any other building in that matter, but as she looked through the glass she noticed two trainers sitting alone together, away from other trainers and their Pokemon. She watched with a little grin stretching across her lips as the two conversed and shared the little device the female human was holding.

Latios, still in his original form and 'invisible', also looked through the window towards the two young trainers. He narrowed his eyes before cooing to his sister, warning her to not interfere. But Latias ignored her brother and walked inside, skipping towards the two trainers and stopping in front of them, the casual smile still playing across her face. She only stood there and gazed at them, before looking down at the Pokedex, which she had no idea what it was or what it did, with a spark of interest sparkling in her eyes. Latios just watched from outside, his mind completely blank.

[It's been a while since I first made Sawyer's profile with his traveling Pokémon with him; I'm going to change up his party a little, hope no one minds. ;D]

Sawyer didn't mind Izzy's new acquaintance that much as he waited in anxiety. He was just hoping all was going alright with his Dragonite. Over and over again, he replayed the memory of what had happened, which partially led him to question why Izzy was still hanging around with him. Unable to take simply sitting around any longer, he got up and walked towards the PC in the corner of the Center. After inputting his trainer data, and box showed up which contained a generous number of previously caught Pokémon. He didn't want any of his current Pokémon to experience, what Dragonite just did, so he stored all the Pokéballs he carried in his pocket into the storage PC -- all except his Rayquaza -- and punched at the keyboard to withdraw select others.

Into his pocket, Sawyer stored his new party...

1.) Rayquaza [Nicknamed Razza], Level 77
~~~Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Fly
2.) Dragonite, Level 65 [SPOT RESERVED]
~~~Fly, Outrage, Dragon Pulse, Surf
3.) Feraligatr, Level 60
~~~Crunch, Water Pulse, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam
4.) Electevire, Level 62
~~~Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Thunder Punch, Cross Chop
5.) Gallade, Level 58
~~~Psycho Cut, Focus Blast, Psychic, Recover
6.) Nidoking, Level 63
~~~Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, Flamethrower, Horn Attack

When he had finished, he returned backto where he was sitting, next, to Izzy, and waited for his Dragonite to come out. Whenever that would be...

----------------------

Aniubis never once looked back as he sprinted as fast as he could, jumping off walls, and bouncing high from rooftop to rooftop on his way to his hideout. The place he'd sought refuge after the disappearance of his last trainer. He knew Raven was trustworthy, which was why he was breaking a long tradition of not bringing anyone there. As times would call, these were measures that simply had to be taken.

Before long, Aniubis had traversed his way to the city library -- a large building whose archives were almost ancient. From where Aniubis stood, he could view the entire city. He came here to relax and unwind. Get away. But now, he was here on a slightly more urgent errand. Before Raven could have a chance to comment on how beautiful it was up here. Aniubis lightly pushed ona circular stained glass window, and it budged in.

Jumping through, Aniubis was in a dusty attic whose floor was covered in piles of crinkled books and papers. <Hmm.> He grunted at the welcoming environment. Nice and quiet. In the corner of the attic was a potted plant whose vines were reaching all the way to the ceiling. It bore bright red berries and not taking note if Raven was looking, Aniubis took a pitcher from a creaking desk against a wall and watered it.

Then he took a seat on the dusty floor, pulled up a book, and started flipping through it.

OoC//
I don't mind. ;D

Latias was patient enough to allow the girl sitting down to notice she was there. It took slightly longer than she had thought, but when the girl gave her a quick look-over, all Latias could do was smile.

"Hi, I'm Isabella, and who might you-"

All of a sudden the device that had caught her attention before spoke aloud. What surprised her more was that it confirmed her name; Latias. She shrunk back a step or two when she realized that her identity could be in jepordy, but if the trainer hadn't figured out that she was actually a Pokemon she was still safe. Latias watched as the girl closed the device before laying it upon her crossed legs. It presented a perfect opprotunity to snatch it and figure out what it's for, but her thoughts were cut short when the trainer began to speak again.

"Sorry about that, this thing has problems. Anyway, like I was saying, who might you be?"

Latias blinked when the trainer, now known as Isabella, apologized for the sudden reaction of the pokedex. She still had no idea what the device did, but she had little time to ask herself questions. The Pokemon grinned Isabella for a few moments before she leaned forward, almost touching nose-to-nose before she quickly snatched the pokedex from the trainer's knee. In that instant she pivoted on her heels before darting out the doors of the Pokemon Center and down the street, quickly followed by her brother, Latios. The older of the siblings cooed to his sister, curious as to what she had just done, but also anxious to get away from the possible trouble they might be in. The only option they had was to run and hide, then think of something to do to get out of the mess they were in.

Still with a human appearance, Latias rounded a few corners, weaving in and out of alleyways. She paused before turning around a corner, making sure that the trainer and her friend weren't following, but she was sure they would follow to get their device back. With little time to worry, Latias and Latios ventured deeper into the city until they reached a large building that seemed like it could provide a descent hidding spot. Not knowing that it was the cit library, where many humans dewlled, Latias ran inside, shortly followed by Latios, still invisible to the naked eye. Making sure she didn't seem out of the ordinary, Latias casually escalated the stairs that lead to the second floor, where less and less humans were scavanging for books or other sources of information. They came to a hallway where a few doors stood across from eachother, and to make sure they were out of sight, both Latias and Latios entered one of the doors and clsoed it behind them. Once inside the room, which was a little lobby with a few couches and a fish tank, Latias walked towards the center of the area before plopping down on the large circular rug, readying herself to fiddle with the device she had taken from Isabella.

Latios hovered just above her, also curious as to what treasure his sister had managed to steal. Although he was still on edge, whatever was causing distress in teh atmosphere was still lurking about, and the fact that the two trainers Latias had met today would come looking for them didn't help in making things feel lighter upon their shoulders. He sighed to himself ebfore turning around and gaging out of the huge window that opened out to the city.
