"Well you need names." said Balto. He looked to Flash and pulled him behind a trash can by his ear. "Look, you might not care about your safty but you're the only friend I have beside my dad, I care about you." he said. "Now hide." he said forcefully.
"Alright, your name will be Muk and you will be Luk." said Boris to the bears. "I'm not sure why but it seems fitting."
"Thank you." said Muk, he and Luk proceeded to hug Boris rather unintencionally hard.
"But what happens if the bear kills us first?" asked Nickie.

Flash sighed and went behind the can.
Kaltag growled. "Its a bear! I don't see any bears between us and the cat. He's behind a trash can, a doubt a bear could be back there!"

Balto heard Kaltag and looked around. He saw heard something in the trashcan and looked in and smiled. He looked to Flash. "Help me tip this over when they're close enough." he said, not telling Flash there was a skunk in the trashcan.

Kaltag dashed after Flash. Forgetting about Nikki. If he wanted Steele to get mad at him it wasn't his problem. He reached the trash can and scratched the cat on his ribs. (Thats all he could reach)

"Now!" said Balto. He pushed over the can and the opening fell right in front of Kaltag. "Hold your nose." he whispered to Flash, covering his own nose. The skunk was rather angry about this and blaimed Kaltag, giving him a face full of musk, as well as Nickie and Star who had followed him.

Kaltag didn't stop. He stepped on the skunk, hoping to kill it, and raced after Flash. He was nipping at his heels with every step.
Flash screamed and ran. He kept running. His leg got bitten and his ear got torn. But he kept running from the nonstopping Kaltag.
OOC: Since I said Kaltag was Steele's cousin, He sort of has some of his temper. Or, nonstop rage

Balto chased after Kaltag, knowing he'd have to breath soon or later and the skunk spray would get to him.
Nickie and Star on the other hand did care greatly they'd been sprayed. They coughed and gaged and pawed at their faces, trying to get the stench off. "Peeyeew!" shouted Nickie. He ran off, whimpering, Star following close behind, to their owners.

Flash finally knew he'd collapse and Kaltag would eat him. So he dashed out of Nome into the wilderness. Kaltag stopped and held his breath. He found a patch of toadstolls. He rolled in the snow and toadstools till the smell was gone.

Balto ran after Flash, knowing the wilderness very well. He knew the toadstools would hide the smell but Kaltag would still need a tomato juice bath.
Silvie was sitting with Jenna and Dixie. "So Jenna, were are you from?" she asked. She saw Nickie and Star dash by. "Hey guy...*sniffs*Peeyeew!" she covered her nose as the skunk smell lingered around the three females.

Flash stopped at a rock. He looked at the small spring near by. He stepped in it and washe dthe blood from his fur. He lay on the rock.
Kaltag dashed over to his pals and noticed the girls. He didn't want to talk right now.
"Fairbanks" She said. Jenna smelt the two dogs as they ran by. EWW" She said

Balto walked up to Flash. "Flash? Are you alright?" he asked, concerned.
Muk and Luk carryed Boris up to Flash, still hugging him overly hard.
"I would like it if you'd please be letting me go now." said Boris, forcing himself free.
"Skunked." said Silvie, refering to the guys. The stench lingered because they'd only been sprayed a few blocks upwind. Silvie kept her paw over her nose. "Fairbanks huh? I hear its a nice place but Nome is quiet and normally plasent." she said, not enjoying the skunk stench hanging in the air and her voice muffled from holding her nose.
Nickie ran up to his owner, who happened to be standing beside Steele. "Boss, I think Kaltag got the cat out of town but there was a problem." he said, holding his nose and refering to the skunk smell.

Balto ran up to Flash. "Flash, at least wait till the bleeding stops." he said. "I'm sorry that happened, why do my friends always end up getting hurt?" he asked, lowering his head and begining to cry, he was just a puppy after all.
"Ask Kaltag, all I know is we all got a nose full of something nasty." said Nickie.

Flash nuzzeled Balto. "I'll be fine." He put a paw on Baltos back.
Kaltag walked up to Steel, "I did my job boss"
Steele growled at him and and slaped that dog. Giving him a black eye. "You smell like the dump! Get away from me till its gone!"
OOC: thats how Kaltag gets the black circle aroun dhis eye,

"Thanks." said Balto but he was still upset. "But why is it that I'm always suffering like this? Everytime I try to make a friend, someone gets to them before me and makes up all sorts of lies and the friends I do have just get hurt." he said. "Why'd I have to be born a freak?" he asked bitterly, kicking a tree hard and hurting his leg. "Ow." he muttered.
"Come on guys, lets go get washed up." said Nickie, prefering not to get hurt himself.
OOC: Good idea!
"Well Dixie, there's Steele, sure he's got those smelly dogs with him but he's got no female near by." said Silvie, sitting near the race track with Dixie and Jenna. She looked ot Jenna. "Oh yeah, I forgot, these things start with a guns shot into the sky to tell the racers when to start." she said to Jenna. "So don't let it scare you."
