Humans have seemed to have found so many ways to mess up a dog's natural anatomy...From ear to tail. Cropping in the ears of a rottweiler is pretty rare but still done, I have seen more cropping of ears of something like a Pitbull or a Staffordshire, yet it is still a shame for them breeds to have cropped ears it is quiet a problem as cropping and docking can cause more problems, even if it was succesful. I would still disagree to this and in most places, Like here in the UK, now it is Illeagel yet people will still find a way to do it. We had very little choice when it came to my rottweilers, though I do wish that their tails had not been docked but I had no say. Rocky's was already docked when we got him, the same with lewis, If we was just a few week eailer to buy Lewis then he would still of had a tail. If I had a say in it, both would have their tails still.

I do not mess with rotties. I do not own them either, too risky for me.

i personally love rottweilers.. an old friend lived down the street of where i used to live she owned one who acted like.. a cat o.O lol.. this dog was the biggest love bug fur baby ever XD .. but they are wonderful dogs although i hate the cutting off the tails.. and sadly these are generally done at the home from the breeder or from a vet at the age of 3 days old :S .. which is a shock.. i find their tails shows the REAL dog and it makes the rotty look prettier and makes them look more gentle .. i've watched a show well on youtube where they tested the bite force of police dogs (belgian shepherds, rottweiler, german sheperd, pit bull) and could you guess the bite force of the rotty.... ?!?!... guess not.. they showed on the screen (the man was wearing gear of course that had a bite pressure that measured PSI {per square inch}) and it showed the rotty with the strongest bite force of 364 PSI ... that's 364 pnds per square inch for you... that's about the average weight of a man and a woman put together.. i think.. anyways rotty's are great pets for people who KNOW the breed and know the standards to one.. and no one should own any breed of dog unless they;ve done thorough research and have done a lot of time to think about the needs for these dogs.. cuz Rotty's are working dogs too.. like a Bernese Mountain Dog they used to help pull carts cuz of their strength and their stamina.. lol i think i know too much for my own good anyways i'll end here...
