"Okay...hang in there, I'll be back as soon as I can!" Kodi said, then he ran outside, and started to run to the vet's house as fast as he could.

Kodi ran to the vet's house, and barked at the door until the vet came out.
"What is it, boy?" the vet asked, and looked at Kodi. Kodi kept barking, then he started to rend the vet's bundle, as if he was telling him to come with him.
"What? You want me to follow you?" the vet asked, then Kodi started to run back to Dusty's house, and the vet ran after him.

While Kodi tried to get the vet to follow him back to Dusty's house, she continued to groan, while the pups inside her continued to kick.

Kodi and the vet finally got to Dusty's house, and the vet looked at Kodi.
"You better wait here, boy." The vet said to Kodi, patted him on the head and then vent inside the house to see Dusty.
Kodi sat down on the ground and hoped that his puppies and Dusty were okay.

"Don't worry, girl, I won't hurt you. I'm here to help you" the vet said with a worm smile on his face, then patted Dusty on the head, to calm her down.

The vet patted Dusty on the head and tried to calm her down.
"All right girl..in a very few minutes you're going to be a mommy" he said smiling.
Kodi was sitting outside and waiting. And that waiting was about to drive him crazy. But then the vet finally came out, and walked to Kodi.
"Well boy, you're a daddy now." he told him with a worm smile on his face. Kodi looked a bit confused, then he slowly walked in.
"..Dusty?" he asked carefully.

Kodi looked at the pups and opened his mouth a bit, because he was so confused.
"Oh..I..I don't believe this.." he mumbled to himself, and got even a very few tears in his eye.

Kodi then looked at the pups, and smiled at them.
"Hey, puppies, come to papa" he then said with a warm, happy smile on his face and sat down. But then, another puppy, who looked just like him but was grey like Dusty, came from behind Kodi, and ran to the other pups.
