Walk up to him randomly and say "Hey, wan't to be friends?" Then become more of his friend little by little. A few months later, when your good friends, tell him that you like him.

I hope this advice is good enough. Its all I can really think of.

Somebody may have mentioned this before, i didn't read all the answers.
But how about trying to sneak a note into his locker or desk-or something, and if you know where his house is into his letter/mail box.

I cant really say what to say in the note-but have a look on the Internet, you might find something.

It's sometimes valid, though. I learned it the hard way too (but the other way around, obviously). That's not to say that I want to be with someone hideous either. But the point is, looks are not how you should judgesomeone. But I'm beating a dead horse.
Listen, it sounds like you have a real prospect here. But you don't want to blow it by making yourself look dumb. Like I said before, you need to just take this slow.

That's not always true either. The trick is to look past the outside as much as posible and see what's on the inside. In all fairness, I admit I'm not keen to date a girl who's out-and-out hideous. But the key is to look at their heart. See the person, not just the face.
